Paid to have an allied race unlocked since I wasn't in the mood to grind. The price was good, a fair bit cheaper than most of the competition. It was completed within the timeframe and they left a bunch of gold and useful items on the character. Their customer service provided updates whenever I asked throughout the process. No complaints, and I'd definitely hire them again.

I bought Blood of the enemy essence rank 3, they start work in 10min. Screenshot with progress everyday! Manager write me that this order take ~4 days, but booster finish it for 2.5 days! Friendly, fast, best.. LIKE IT

Very fast, well geared group. Will not trade excess loot unless purchased. Will put you in a group and ask you to die/purposely not heal you, so if you're looking to parse or be an active participant, this won't be the group for you. Otherwise, they seem to be the best option right now for 12/12 clear. Customer service is not online 24/7 so scheduling could be difficult, especially in the US.

Edit: knocked another star off because in trying to schedule anything else with them I cannot get a response.

Overall it was quick, I was able to join a raid next day and the mythic was done right after my purchase. There were a few mishaps on the raid, however I thought it was well worth it for the price.

Communication before the raid is a little spotty, bit the service is solid and they are very polite. Run I was scheduled for was supposed to be just Heroic N'zoth but they hadn't cleared Carapace yet when it was time, so they invited me in for that boss too. Clean boss kills, unfortunately no loot but RNG is a cruel mistress sometimes, still got the mount, achievements, etc.

Good pricing and good raid boost service, would recommend them.
