Beautiful Armor, Poor Treatment of Customers
As one can see on the Battle Ready webpage, the man behind this company makes beautiful armour with great details and plenty of love put in them - works of art.
But the service is subpar, been going through close to four months of delays, several promises of the wares being send the following week and the following week after that - etc, etc.
To the point of where I believed the seller hadn't even send it when he last claimed to have done so, the shipping company UPS was unable to find any packages in their system with my adress on it when I reached out to them, not that it mattered, my constant attempts of getting a clear answer out of the seller after they blew me off for the sixth time made him cancel the order - claiming he had send it and now called it back and I have yet to get my refund, now I am forced to go through with a PayPal claim in order to get my money back for the wares he has choosen to keep.
Am I sad? Most certainly, there are few out there that can match Battle Ready when it comes to quality and workmanship - too bad that I never got hands on my order.
I believe that you can at least take a paying customer seriously and not treat them with such disregard - greatly saddened by this.
If I haven't gotten the refund by the end of this month I will likely go through with a report to Action Fraud UK - something I would much rather avoid.
