This is a genuine review.
I ordered rechargeable batteries on line and realised immediately afterwards that I had ordered the wrong size - totally my mistake!
I contacted Battery Division Customer Support using the “contact us” details at the bottom of the order confirmation explaining what I had done.
I received a very prompt response which resulted in the correct batteries being dispatched after a picture of them was sent to me to approve first. A refund was also processed immediately as the replacement item was cheaper. I was kept fully informed throughout and Ugne who dealt with things was excellent. It is a long time since I have received outstanding customer service like this. Usually if you get it wrong online it is hassle, but this company were outstanding and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Quick shipping on odd batteries that I have issues finding where I live. I also appreciate the minimal packaging - it fit in my small mailbox. Great pricing, absolutely no hassles.

I ordered some batteries and didn’t realise the shipping times until after the order was placed (that’s on me I know) and I needed them before the arrival time cause they’re for a hearing aid. Thankfully because I’ve emailed within the two hours they were able to cancel my order and refund me. 🙂

My batteries arrived earlier than expected, even though shipped all the way from Lithuania, and with current supply chain issues!

This is the first time I have ordered from Battery Division and everything went real smooth. It took a little longer to ger the merchandise than I anticipated but I guess that is a "sign of the times".

This product has a european plug. If you are purchasing in the U.S. do not purchase. The website appears American and the transaction is in dollars so there is no reason to verify what kind of plug this energizer charger has. It is not clearly written that this item has a european plug anywhere other than in opening the specifications, however, there is no indication that this company is in Lithuania and not an american site at all therefor catering to the european market, not the U.S. They will accept a return if the product has not been opened, but they will not pay for return shipping back to Lithuania. So if you purchase this product, you will have to pay for return shipping.
