Cheapest price I could find for the battery I needed. Delivered in 48hrs very well packed and when I had a problem because I snapped a vent pipe fitting they sent a new one free of charge by 1st class post. Customer service at its best.

Ordered a Yuasa battery for my Truck . The battery requires a signature on delivery so changed the date to a day I was home to sign for it . Received confirmation on the delivery day and waited all day for delivery? Spoke to management at Battery charged regarding were my delivery is ?? Was no way I could speak to anyone from the AWFUL delivery service they use !! Then late afternoon received an email saying delivery would now be next day !! Not a chance !! , phoned Battery Charged and explained the situation, I requested a refund as was fuming I had waited all day on a requested delivery day for nothing!! The manager went on the defensive for my refund request and was asking me to wait till the following week when they had received the battery back ?? To which I replied not my problem as I ain’t received it ! I responded if it ain’t issued today I would contact my bank to sort this fiasco out !! Very rude and really unhelpful with their customer care on my issue and definitely won’t use or recommend them ! In a nutshell your lack of customer care and a decent delivery service resulted in your lost sale !! So buyer beware don’t use this business!! 👎

Ordered a Yuasa battery for my Honda Hrv. Ordered Friday night delivered the following Tuesday by DHL. Well packed no signs of damage. Website was easy to navigate and clear warning given about making sure the battery was correct for my car, which it was. However I was a bit worried about how their prices were so low compared to others, will recommend to family and friends

Used the online website registration number lookup to order a new battery. On the website it says Duracell DA45. Ordered it. or I thought I did all the paperwork is for a DA44 which is what arrived, of course you trust and did not notice the slight change and it does not fit. Called and was told you ordered it it arrived not our problem. Pack it back up pay to send it back we will refund you when we get it buy a new battery. No we wont send a new battery when paid for and collect the old one even if it is in the original packaging it is now my responsibility to return it. But how did the wrong battery from the recommended from the website end up being ordered? Not our problem was told. No help at all useless. Repeated the entire process on the website and there is no way I could have adjusted the battery from the recommended from registration lookup. I now have a battery that fits from Eurocar parts arrived and ordered no drama. And a useless one from this outfit, as is their assistance and in helping me sort this out.

Delivery in April 2025 was prompt and for the first 2 or 3 weeks, the Yuasa battery worked fine. I have used Yuasa before with no problem. Then it started to lose charge and struggled to start the car sometimes. After the car failed to start a number of times, it got to the point where I had to buy (and frequently use) a booster battery pack so that I wouldn't be left stranded. It got so bad that I went to my local garage today and they diagnosed a faulty battery and fitted a (Bosch) replacement. The 'Yuasa' battery has lasted less than 3 months. It makes me wonder if it was a Chinese copy?

Saved over £100 against Halfords price for a replacement Honda Jazz Stop/Start replacement. Free next day delivery too. Hopefully will get a few years service from.it.

I was initially a bit concerned as the online price for a large van battery was considerably cheaper than elsewhere, and delivery was included whereas other places charged almost as much as the battery itself. But the correct battery was delivered the next working day, so I am well pleased, wish I has of found them earlier in the year when I needed to replace the batteries on the wife's and my car.

Purchased 096AGM battery on 3rd April delivered 4th April at no extra charge and battery price was best around

My battery died on a Thursday, and although I was told they couldn't guarantee delivery before the weekend they would despatch immediately, but it was delivered next day. When I phoned re. delivery they were very helpful, and on top of that they were the cheapest for a quality product. Well done.

Firstly, I have received no incentive of any kind to write this review.
Yesterday I discovered my Ford Kuga battery had discharged too low to start the vehicle, probably due to the freezing conditions and only using the car for short journeys, so rather than lay out over £200 getting a new battery fitted, as its a fairly new vehicle I decided to get a charger and after reading reviews went for a Yuasa YCXL12 12v 12A 9-Stage Smart Leisure Battery Charger as it seems to charge all types of batteries, I went to Halfords and they wanted almost £150 for the basic YCX. So a quick Google search and I found 'Battery Charged', I rang them and although it was just before 12 o'clock, they dispatched the charger and got it to me by DHL by 11.30 next day, saving me over £50.
So within 12 hours of ordering, my battery is now on charge. It came incredibly well packed and overall I think this is a fantastic service which I am very pleased to recommend to everyone.

Was about to order a battery but thought I would call and check, the guy I spoke to (sorry didn’t get your name) was quite insistent that I go and measure the old battery and sure enough the one I was about to order was the wrong one. He pointed me to the correct one which I ordered about 1:45 yesterday. The new one arrived very well packaged today and was a perfect fit. Great people to deal with would definitely use them again.

I found my Duracell battery online & Batterycharged was the best price including delivery and a (free Duracell bunny plush toy while in stock)
I looked at the background of the company & read the reviews and it gave me confidence to order.
I ordered on a Sunday, I had a email on Monday saying it had been dispatched & it arrived on Tuesday.

Ordered a new stop/start battery two days ago, they dispatched immediately and charged NO postage..it arrived this morning Very happy...

Found the battery I needed on their site, price included VAT & Free U.K Mainland delivery, on completion they attempted to charge me £40 for postage & packing. I called to query this & was informed I live in the Highlands & Islands ! No I live 9 miles from Glasgow in the central belt actually. Another company whose employees clearly have no clue of our geography & are unable to use google maps ! Worldwide Web ?! I think not !
