Same as others, Will in sales would not help me get a Warranty on a battery, he asked some one and they wouldn't help either,
Absolute terrible service, not looking after their customers to help support genuine warranty claims for batteries they don't even make.

DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM THIS COMPANY, PRICE IS SIMILAR TO A LOCAL SHOP AND AFTER SALES IS NON EXISTENT, DO EVERYTHING TO ENSURE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO HONOUR WARRANTY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

A good price and the order was quickly processed. The battery arrived well packaged and within 24 hours of ordering via DHL.

I was a bit apprehensive after ordering the battery due to the large number of negative reviews, but I would be happy to order from them
again. I think the negative reviews are a fault of their after sales service.

What an absolutely appalling service from this company. I purchased a battery on 28th August, received no confirmation and ordered from a competitor. Spoke to a helpful member of staff who said this had happened a number of times and returned the battery on 1st September and despite two phone calls and an email am still waiting for a refund. Promised a call back but still waiting after 12 days. A warning to others as to what service to expect from this shambles of a company.

Battery was a great price so I ordered it but didn't receive any confirmation. I then looked at some reviews and began to get a little concerned. I worried needlessly as the battery arrived next working day as promised on their website. I will definitely use again...

Tried to get a replacement battery under my guarantee. Tried to email my details through ebay wich is not allowed they say they can't find my address or details for delivery so how do they keep a record of how long you have had your battery?? So looks like the guarantee is worthless

Ordered a battery through EBay for my caravan with a 4 yr waranty after 18 months it failed . Customer service with these people a waste of time . Won’t answer the phone or respond to emails.
Will never deal with these people again . Beware and go local . Thank you .

Ordered a B496 battery at £25.19 and 3 days later got an e-mail cancelling my order as battery was "out of stock" - went to their web site and they still have stock for sale but are now at £32.89 - it appears battery was priced too low and rather than honour the sale it was cancelled so won't be using this company again as they cannot be trusted.
Just checked my credit card and despite BotW stating "Your order from BotW has been refunded" it has not.
Update - 5 days later and still no refund received.

I tried to purchase batteries for my mobility scooter at the end of march still haven't received it, and they seem not interested in solving the problem

Ordered a 038 battery on the 26th February, for my Classic car, delivered 28th February. Can't fault that. Although it would have been good to receive order progress updates and the only proof I have is the Paypal payment details?
Never heard of the battery make, Numax, but it's now fitted to the car. Tested it and after charging, it did require that, it shows 100% charge and 100% health/performance.
Time will tell as to the durabilty of the battery but so far, so good.
No complamts whatsoever other than the communication side,

Shambolic. Delivered the wrong battery and then failed to deliver the new on when they said. still don't know when it will be sorted. No apology. Appalling.

Two batteries ordered lunchtime at the best price I could find online, free delivery and they arrived by courier at 9am the next day. Fantastic customer service - thank you.

I ordered 3x Lucas batteries at 1am in the morning. I was notified at 930 that they had been dispatched with a DHL tracking number. Items were delivered the next day. Cheapest batteries I could find and delivered fast, what's not to like?

l ordered paid for caravan battery last Wednesday & promised next day delivery, Monday afternoon wiaiting to go on holiday NO battery, phoned several times without a reply eventually they blamed courier & said another battery would be dispatched for delivery Wednesday, holiday ruined AVOID these conmen!!

batteriesontheweb on eBay so far a terrible service and still ongoing no care for disabled people they just think of profit. ordered 2 x 12v 22ah Lucas Batteries and as they say yes 2 x Lucas batteries arrived but not what I ordered and not as described, eBay sent me a return pdf label I printed it out and attached it to the box they arrived it taped it back up and sent it to the post office, the next day I get a phone call from the post office telling me the label was only for up to 2Kg in weight and not the 12.5Kg. I believe this to be a mind game eBay say it's batteriesontheweb who send the return labels and not eBay. So at present I am £77 out of pocket all down to batteriesontheweb falsely advertising there batteries. P.S this may be a genuine mistake if so I apologise but it's still a bad experience for anyone let alone a disabled person.

I ordered two Lucas 12volt 12ah batteries for a mobility scooter, and they were delivered as promised the next day. I haven’t installed or used them as yet, but checked the terminal voltage, and the units are almost at full charge, as stated in the listing.
I have read some of the reviews on this site, and some are bad to say the least, however I think credit should be given to the seller where it’s due, and I’m hoping that the performance of the batteries I have bought, will prove that this credit was justified
The 5 stars I have given in this review are based on my experience so far, as described above, but I will write a follow up regarding the performance of the item that I bought from the seller, and hope that I can contribute a positive one, which in turn will help the business in the future.

Fantastic service! ordered a new 115AH Exide leisure battery for my caravan yesterday evening and it arrived lunchtime the following day. Now that's what I call service!. Very friendly and professional delivery guy. Battery was also a great price at £37 cheaper delivered compared with going and picking one up from the caravan shop for the exact same model battery. Highly recommended I will be using again
