Like most of these Chinese Ripoff battery distributors the product is absolute rubbish. Mine didn’t even last two weeks. Anything on eBay even if it says genuine they are not the Absolute rubbish don’t buy them whatever you do. It’s hard to tell what is genuine and what’s not genuine because I’ve reported the genuine Chinese rubbish to eBay and it says they have a 10 year warranty and they don’t even do anything about the seller and the seller is non-responsive

Wish I read the reviews before Purchasning. SCAMMERS!

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I bought 3 Milwaukie 6 amp hours. what a joke. They last about 20 minutes in a radio and less than 30 seconds in a hammer drill. 3 weeks old and they won't respond to emails and issue a refund. I started a claim with PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...SCAMMERS!

If I could give a negative review I…

If I could give a negative review I would. They are layers, scams, and their products are completely worthless
I bought recently two batteries makita 9 A with a rapid charger from the same company, and in the first use the batteries were lasting half time of the original makita 5 A
Beware avoid them at any cost

Rubbish product

Rubbish product, much lighter than the genuine article. Battery had a strong burning smell after 3 uses and won't recharge. Contacted made via email and was offered a 6% discount on next purchase. I emailed back demanding a replacement battery and have not had a reply.

Waste of money

The batteries stopped working after 12 months, they don't hold charge nearly as long as the real originals. Total waste of money. I wrote to them and didn't even get a response.

SCAMMERS - beware. Batteries are cheap rubbish and not worth buying.

I bought two, supposedly, 9Ah batteries for Makita.
They seemed to discharge very quickly so I did a test to see how long they took to charge compared with a genuine Makita 5Ah under identical discharged condition.

The fake took about 30 minutes to charge while the Makita to around 45 minutes. The fake batteries are cheap rubbish and are not what they are labelled.

Update: the website clearly states, dispatched from Australia, but when I had to return them for a refund, they gave a Chinese address so the batteries did not get through Customs.
PayPal is useless and don't think they will protect you from scammers.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED; THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO SELL USELESS RUBBISH, AND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE ALL FAKE.

Half size batteries to order

Ordered 3 4ah ryobi batteries. One was faulty only showing half charged max. They sent another one. Then another shows only half charge max. A friend said ‘these seem lightweight for a 4ah’. So i opened each of them up, found only 2ah worth of cells in each. Emailed with requested pictures and they said they would refund half, but because it had been too long paypal wouldn’t refund. Asked for 3 new batteries of what I ordered. Now ive been ghosted. Absolute scammers.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Buyer Beware!!!!!!! Battery Factory Outlet do not purchase from this company. I bought after market Makita batteries (2) and charger. After two or three chargers one of the batteries failed. When I contacted BFO to request a refund they asked for photos and video of the item not working, which were sent. Communication was difficult, they asked me to send the charger and batteries back costing another $20.05, a month later still no refund or communication. Ultimately after contacting PayPal they offered a refund but not the full amount, PayPal kindly sent me a voucher for the remaining expense. Thank You
PayPal.

I purchased 4 x 6.0Ah 18V replacemnt…Battery Factory Outlet Quality is highly Questionable

I purchased 4 x 6.0Ah 18V replacemnt batteries for makita cordless tools online from the Battery Factory Outlet. They arrived quickly but 1 was immediately faulty and unable to be charged while the other 3 batteries do not even last very long. In fact a 3.0Ah 18V geniune makita battery outlast one of these 6.0Ah 18V VANON batteries. Very disappointed with the quality they do not work as advertised and I can not call them to discuss this. Waiting on an email response to my situation.
