The Battery arrived near empty and is not charging. The customers help takes days to respond I have no answer to my las post ( been two days since i posted) and now it's over a week since the battery arrived and I have no result. Finally another week later i got the response, returned the battery, and now I wait for the result.

Poor delivery times.
Nothing wrong with the battery, it's a Bosch afterall, but I ordered it from this company entirely because they said 2-4 working days delivery, I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon believing it would be with me by Thursday. It arrived the following Tuesday!

Although we shipped your order the next business day after receiving it, there were several delays outside of our control:
The packet took 3 days to arrive in France.
July 14th is a public holiday in France, so the French post office was closed.
The weekend followed, so my company and the carrier company were also closed.
I apologize for not alerting you to these potential delays.
While we strive to offer competitive prices, good service and support, we cannot control deliveries once the package leaves our facility.
I sincerely apologize for the poor experience. Please be assured I will look into this to see how we can improve for the future.
I hope you will enjoy your cycling gear once it arrives. Please let me know if there is any way I can make this right.
