Sloths packing and shipping orders

Ordered several batteries and a charger. Took over one week to send the order even though he supposedly had everything in stock. Will not be ordering from Batteridoktorn again due to this.

Vi är ett litet företag, men vi packar alla ordrar samma dag! Vi har upphämtning av paket 2-3 gånger i veckan är det lite ordrar en gång i veckan. Tycker det är förbannat bortskämt att skälla ut ett företag för att man inte får sina saker snabbare, speciellt då det är utanför våra kontroll! Lycka till på amazon prime och alla fake molicel dom har där!

NO fix and refused to return it without full payment

He said he replaced the cells in my bike battery nut it didn´t work. He coudn´t fix the battery, but wanted full price for the job(!) or keep the battery for himself. I wanted the battery returned in same state as I sent it to him, but I never got the battery back. And he had also a rude attitude all the time in the mails. Even SHOUTING! in them.

Hi Knut. I gave you several options! First of all you lied and said the battery was working when you sent it in! BH batteries cant be repaired if the BMS is broken! I gave you several alternatives but putting back DEFECTIVE OLD cells into a batterypack with a brooken BMS for free is not a an option! You did not pay for the return shipping and you did not even respond to emails.

Worst Service I have ever had

Worst Service I have ever had. cheated me with fake cells and then refused to admit this was the case. I am very diappointed in the service i received and the battery i had 'fixed' is worse of now then when i sent it to him in the first place. you are not going to get away this, im going to be contacting the consumer protection agency here locally and having them start an investigation on you. shame on you for this and the stress of having to deal with it over an extended period of time when my batteri is not usable.
