Really wanted to support the company but wouldn’t recommend ordering if you are short. I am 5 ft 3 size 10 so following the size guides ordered a small and the straps were far too long. All postage costs are pushed on the customer, including for returns, and no exchanges are offered so having already spent £8 on postage for a returned item, I’m not willing to risk another £8 if the size down doesn’t fit. Disappointing!

Great costume, love the designs and the quality of the fabric. However, I am tall and have a long body and really needed to go up a size. The problem is that I am in France and was charged 60 euro in customs, which added considerably to the cost. This made me decide not to return the costume as it works out as far too expensive to pay this again. The company needs to manage this more effectively, as is done by most other companies exporting from UK to Europe.

I have two batoko swimming costumes that I have been using for a number of years (at least 3 years for my first one). They are comfy to wear, full of joy and the material and colour are as good as ever, despite frequent use.

The swimsuit doesn't fit and I will return it. The process is not very customrr friendly with not returning the postage AND not paying for the return. So basically I pay almost £10 for something that doesn't fit. Does not encourage me to yo ask for another seize. They didn't even gave me the option to do anyway. Very bad customer service. They won't see me again!

What a great company! I swim in the sea most days and this swim costume is sooooo comfortable. Covers well and feels sublime. Lots of comments about it too from my swim buddies.

Brexit is long over and so this company should not be selling into the EU without giving people the full price of the product before checking out. Very disappointing to get an unexpected demand from their courier company for another €21.11. Poor.

I love these swimsuits.I’ve had 3… one blew away in the Caribbean so have just ordered another. My daughter has 1 and one coming fir Christmas. Such brilliant quality. They don’t go thin and see through at the back like others! The designs are fab and at my aqua class people are always commenting on them! I will never buy another swimsuit from anywhere else!

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Bought two swimsuits in same size. One fitted considerably tighter. The company went above and beyond to offer solutions that did not inconvenience me at all to resolve this. Pay attention big companies! Cannot wait to wear on my Bali adventure this year!!!!
