Just been to Bathwick tyres Bridgend branch for a suspected puncture on front drivers side. Excellent and prompt service, friendly staff. Investigation revealed poorly seated tyre on alloy rim due to build up of residue/oxide. Alloy cleaned up, tyre reseated and wheel refit. No charge! Absolutely impressed and would highly recommend.

Outstanding service . I have been going to braiswick tyres for years now . They are a family run company . Nothing is too much trouble . Never over charge and always makes you feel much safe driving on the roads . Would highly recommend

I had a very bad experience today with Bathwick Chippenham someone on the other line...trying to reason ended in her putting the phone down on me...just because she had a disagreement with my partner...I was polite, I even said "please" and with that she put the phone down ..Never again
Update: After accusing my partner for not paying for the van we got home with no van and to find out that we have a 85 pound pending transaction...called my bank and now I have to wait for the payment to clear to dispute it as service not received...whoever the lady was that refused to call her bank to see the payment actually went through needs to have a course of customer service...I have never been spoken to or treated like that in my life!!...honest comment

Just phoned to get my car wheels balanced was quoted £70 Mike wood Tyres £5.50 a wheel this place is a total rip-off

Awful service! Waited over two hours to have four tyres changed, with a pre-booked appointment! Returned at the agreed time to find the car still on four jacks! Staff stood round chatting. Will not be returning.

Booked a MOT at Bathwick Tyres in. Was told by the technician who ran the test he had documented an advisory claiming there is a rusty nail embedded in offside rear tyre, I was doubtful as I had the tyres checked just before going in for the MOT and there was no sign of any problem with any of the tyres and the pressures were all correct.

The technician claimed the nail had been there a long time so I asked for the tyre to be investigated immediately, initially I was told it could not be looked until the next day, but on my insistence two other technicians examined it and they could not find any nail in the tyre nor a mark where there could ever have been one.

I immediately took the car to another MOT garage where the tyre was throughly examined, they also did not find a nail or any sign of damage to tyre. This has been documented by them in writing.

I have completely lost confidence in this branch of Bathwick Tyres, they have caused me undue alarm and great concern over what motivated the technician to make an unfounded claim on my MOT test.

This will be reported to the testing authority.

Great garage! Friendly staff, especially super star Vince on reception. Had my tyre sorted and ready to go in no time, ready for my MOT this weekend! Absolutely 0 complaints, would recommend to anyone

WELL JUST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JIMMY AND THE TEAM .i took my car in for its mot, it failed on one thing, they explained I had to get it fixed to be safe, but I shouldn't drive the car . I explained that I had to have my car for work and didn't have another car. They were flat out the phone kept ringing, people kept coming in, Jimmy was so polite to everyone, took it all in his stride, he said look, let me see what I can do well they sourced my parts, mark did the work and got my car legal again. Yes I had to wait but what an amazing team, thankyou guys so much, I was there 4 hrs and didn't see Jimmy stop for a drink , or have a breakthat man is a legend, so helpful and cheerful !! .i used to use my main dealership, but not again, I will recommend and go again when needed.hope you enjoyed the easter eggs boys 😊Mrs kerwood

I had a full set of pads and discs fitted to my TAXI at the Chippenham branch. I called in to advise of an awful noise and then a brake failure, the very next day and was told to “keep driving & just see what they’re like tomorrow”, this was in the knowledge that I would be driving passengers. On an emergency call out, it was found the pads were not fitted and were loose against the discs. They’d not even been cleaned to fit.

If I’d not called an emergency breakdown company, this could have been catastrophic.

Have just used Bathwick Tyres (Cardiff) for the first time and can honestly say they were brilliant, even though they were extremely busy!! they still managed to sort out multiple issues of both Trailer & van tyres, so a big thank you to Adam, Scott & Rees 👍

Brilliant customer service was so impressed by Jimmy he was professional helpfully and friendly I observed him deal with a number of customers both face to face and although some of them were quite demanding he was polite and helpful to everyone. Jimmy really went above and beyond to source me the best deal on my replacement tyre and really appreciated all he did to assist me

MOT & service booked. Arrived at the appointed time - nonchalant staff said it had been cancelled!!! No attempt to contact me via email as didn’t have my phone number. Could not fit me in before my MOT expired & didn’t care at all. First & last time for me. Very disappointed.

Turned up for my 9-10 appointment at 9.15. Garage totally empty. Smirking so-called 'manager' said I should have been there 9 o clock and refused to fit my 2 tyres which had been been delivered. He claimed he had other cars due to turn up soon who had booked directly (I booked Bathwick Tyres via Asda Tyres) and refused to give me an alternative time or date for my fitting. I asked him to replace just one (punctured) for me to get me fully mobile again and I would return for the other but he refused again. Told me he wasn't interested in whatever I had been given as my booking slot and even agreed with me that he had an attitude problem. His assistant also smirking stood idly next to him in the reception area. The garage was still empty when I left.
Avoid, avoid, avoid Bathwick Tyres Devizes. You have been warned.

Booked via Asda tyres for 09.00am on Saturday. Arrived on time only to be told there wasn’t a booking. Rang Asda tyres who confirmed there was a booking and a mail had been sent the Bathwick tyres in Devizes and myself. Guy behind the counter denied this. Asked him to check again while I was on the phone to Asda…..oh guess what he found the booking but said he was too busy to do it. Stood my ground and they agreed to get the 2 new tyres fitted. Explained that the tyre in the spare tyre position needed changing and putting back on the left rear. Also needed front right changing and swapping with rear right so the 2 new tyres were on the real axle. Looking out the window the tyre technician then started changing the wrong tyre. Had to go out and explain again that the tyre in the spare bay needed changing as it had been damaged. He didn’t know how to remove the spare from a Transit van so had to do that myself. Have used Bathwick in Devizes many times. What’s going on there. Won’t be going back…Avoid this branch, nobody seems to know what’s going on.

Popped into the Cheltenham branch after I blew my tyre. Tommy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Amazing!

Simple. 30 minutes. Price paid & no fuss or attitude (like some tyre services). Thankyou
