Great comms and prices, support local!
Been trying for weeks to obtain a physical copy of Pokemon Pokopia! My family absolutely loves the game, and we needed a second copy but getting it digitally from the eshop (that we’d never be able to sell on in the future) just didn’t sit right with me.
Finally, I found a copy in stock at Bath TCG, fast responses on Instagram confirmed it was there and I picked it up today for retail price, so no price gauging due to limited supply. Thanks guys!😊

The staff could not have been more welcoming
The staff could not have been more welcoming to a complete new Pokemon TCG player. They were helpful throughout the day offering advice and support when asked. The other players/collectors and fans were also welcoming and I can only thank the store and owner for creating such a supportive store experience.

Booked a spot for the commander night
Booked a spot for the magic the gathering commander night, arrived only 15 minutes after the start and was told there was no places left. One of the staff mentioned my name was the only one he didn't recognise. Whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming as well as smelly and humid due to lack of ventilation and overcrowding. I've been in a few times just buy products and staff seem more interested in talking to the regulars. A shame since previous commander nights here had been a relatively positive experience. Just won't be going by myself again.

I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience during our Magic the Gathering night. We have always ensured that those who booked online ahead of the event are prioritised and space should've been made for you.
We do have a very limited space and do the best that we can with it, so I do appreciate that at times it can feel crowded and overwhelming. Unfortunately, unless we can find a larger affordable space in city then our hands are tied.
I will feedback to the team and if you would like to have a chat with myself regarding the experience, I will be more than happy to listen to your feedback further. We pride ourselves on having a welcoming environment and want to ensure that you get to experience that.
