Your order was booked in promptly for delivery, however we were unfortunately let down by our courier’s service on this occasion. After missed delivery attempts, we were informed by the local depot that the pallet had been misplaced.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we acted quickly to help, arranging a replacement on a next day service and working around your availability to ensure delivery was completed on Monday as agreed.
We do feel that the issues experienced here are more reflective of the courier’s handling rather than the service we aim to provide. That said, we fully understand this still impacts your experience with us, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We’re also very disappointed to hear the pallet was left outside your property without contact, as this is not the standard we expect from our delivery partners.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we truly appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it.

shower screen arrived in a broken…
The shower screen arrived in a broken palette with nails sticking out. The delivery only delivers to curb side and you are expected to open and check the product within 20 minutes so read the small print. The delivery driver was polite. Luckily everything was ok but not sure what would’ve happened if there was an issue and I didn’t notice straight away.

We’re disappointed to read your review, particularly the suggestion that we have acted unfairly, as this is not an accurate reflection of what happened.
Your order was delivered to your local Palletways depot within the agreed timeframe and was due for delivery to your home address.
However, after being contacted by the depot, you chose to make alternative arrangements directly with them and collect the goods yourself. This decision was made independently and without our involvement. At no point were we made aware of any issue that would have prevented the final delivery from being completed as planned.
As we have explained on several occasions, the delivery service you paid for was carried out. The transportation of your goods to your local depot was completed, and costs were incurred for this service. For this reason, we are unable to offer a refund for the delivery charge.
Your local depot was approximately 5 miles from your address, and the majority of the delivery cost relates to the long-distance transport of the goods rather than the final short leg. Refunding £55 in these circumstances would not be reasonable.
We also take allegations of scamming very seriously and strongly refute this. The charges were clearly displayed at checkout, and the service was fulfilled as agreed.
If you would still like to discuss this further, we remain available to assist.

Ideal product range and service
I was able to source a specific 1100 x 900 shower cubicle and had it delivered wirhin 48 hours, way quixmcker than even they had estimated. The only issue was the delivery guy left it on the pavement, leaving me to bring it inside alone, but tgat's an issue with the delivery dirm, not with Bathroom Supastore. I would definitely recommend

Great communication from customer services. I wasn't available on the suggested delivery date, they responded very quickly to my email to request changing the day, which I appreciated. They kept me informed of delivery time, and the driver was helpful.
I haven't installed the shower panels that I bought yet, but they look good I'm very pleased with the price and free delivery!
