We bought two bathrooms from Unique, we had them designed in the showroom and were shown all the options and were recommended various items which was helpful as we'd not been through the process before. We were really pleased with the end results, the quality of the product are really good. We also had an incorrect part delivered (our mistake) which was speedily rectified so as not to delay the fitting. We would recommend.

I worked with Jon from the Hedge End branch on my bathroom design and he was absolutely amazing! He’s extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the process. Jon was always prompt and responded to emails quickly and efficiently.

One example some times it is possible to replace an item with something similar but at less cost without compromising on quality.
When buying from internet you do not get the personal service and when things go wrong can cause a lot of grief.

I have just opened a trade account, no fuss or bother, got the credit limit asked for. All deliveries spot on and items, not normally held in stock, obtained. So far, 1st class service, long may it continue.
