All round excellent service
Ordered a replacement soft close Duravit toilet seat. The website for easy to use, the item I wanted very reasonably priced compared to other more expensive suppliers and items dispatched as expected. Can’t fault this company - they do exactly what they say they will do.

Why not tell it as it is!
Placed my order on the 10th June and the website said “Your order will be delivered within 10 days”, they then emailed me 5 days later to tell me it would be the 10th July. Phoned customer service and they were very pleasant but could not guarantee the 10th July so I asked for a refund which admittedly was done quickly, glad I did as I then got the same item £108 cheaper elsewhere.

Thank you for the review, I am sorry that we let you down on your order.
Unfortunately we were out of stock of the pan, which I advised on the telephone and Ideal Standard were not expecting further stocks until early July, other supplliers may well have stock in their warehouse. We were not made aware of the shortage until we contacted I/S the day we emailed you. Generally we are able to fufil orders in the time quoted on the site and your order confirmation.
I am very surprised that you managed to find the complete set so much cheaper elsewhere, we do pride ourselves on being very competitive in the market, but I am happy you managed to find what you needed quickly.
