I ordered 2 taps which arrived promptly. The taps were perfect in every way. I do not have any complaints. The plumber was able to fit them easily and had no issues.
I was so impressed I made a 2nd order for the same taps for a different bathroom!
Compared to the prices in local tile stores etc they were extremely reasonable.

Very competitive prices and efficient service. Majority of items were delivered two days after ordering. Huge thank you to Mick in the office who was prompt in getting back to me and was very helpful in finding a shower door to fit!

We have used Bathroom Outlet a number of times now and it has always been a positive experience.
Ciaran has been a great help to us when we were ordering kit to fit out the bathrooms in our new build. He always does his best on price, keeps us informed on delivery status and is always willing to assist in anyway he can.
With the multiple orders we only ever had one issue. Through no fault of Bathroom Outlet, their suppliers delivery arrived with a product defect. Ciaran was straight onto them and a replacement was arranged for the next day.
The products listed on the website are what they say they are and of good quality, the customer service is great and always professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a vanity unit and a mixer tap from BathroomOutlet.ie, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The products are excellent quality, look fantastic, and were exactly as described on the website.

Replacement product arranged quickly and responsive customer service after a dpd mistake.

I urgently needed bathroom items as I had a tiler scheduled to work. Mick arranged for me to collect the items that were needed. His help was very much appreciated.

Ciaran helped with my order throughout the process. He answered all my questions, and prepared my order to include all necessary bits. When a sink was delivered with 2 tap holes instead of 3 (wrongly boxed in factory) Ciaran arranged a replacement next day. Very happy with quality of everything (sink, taps, bath mixer, wc and seat) we ordered.

The team has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.

We even made a mistake with one of our orders and had to return a toilet. The return was handled without any hassle, and everyone on site were really nice to deal with.
