Excellent customer service in tacking an item that I couldn't find on their website
I was unable to find a product on their website, despite using the search facility. I phoned customer services and a very helpful advisor, Junaid, investigated and found that there was one example, which he gave me the reference for and then gave me provisional delivery dates if 1 decided to order it. A very good service!

Have ordered from Bathroom Mountain before so knew the products were good as well as the prices, but on this order, I stupidly got my email address wrong, so didn't receive an email order confirmation.
