Thought cabinet knobs came in pairs when ordered (they don't), issue was resolved quickly

A wide choice of equipment at very reasonable prices, and quick delivery. Highly recommended.

Great experience with returns. Had to return an item due to it not being a good fit. Alina was very helpful in organising and processing the return, big kudos to Bathroom mountain for having great staff who communicate and provide a great service.

What can I say! My first impression was very positive. I ordered a bathroom suit to the appropriate value of £2000.00 as the website was professional and informative, This is where it started to go wrong. The delivered on time by two men in a van! I made a point in signing the delivery not as not checked as I was not comfortable standard of the delivery. This turned out to be correct! To clarify the bath, vanity unit, radiator, and all the accessories taps and waste were all installed by our plumber in a reasonable time. However when the plumber got round to installing the toilet and cistern it was noticed that there was a broken part in the cistern. 4-5 weeks had passed by then. I contacted Bathroom Mountain’s customer service and explained the situation. My response was sorry we can’t help you but if you want a new cistern they would offer a discount price. For something that I had already purchased. I feel disappointed in BM and won’t be using them again. There are other companies out there that offer the same service and better customer service.

The vanity unit was deluvered very quick and quality.

Gina was fantastic in supporting us when a product was faulty. She organised a new replacement product immediately and also contributed to the installation of the item too.

I ordered samples from tile mountain because I was trying to match up some existing tiling. Customer Service were extremely helpful in trying to find a good match for me.The service provided was second to none. The samples arrived really quickly and although they weren’t a close enough match this time, I would definitely recommend tile mountain. The tile samples were nice quality and the actual tiles were very competitively priced. I would certainly look to use tile mountain for a future project.

I needed help reporting damaged goods, Haider Jamil customer services was very helpful and responded very quickly to my request, he was very polite and sorted out any issues I had very efficiently and in a professional manner, communication was very good, keeping me informed about the process.

The ordering and help from the shop was brilliant, how the delivery let it down, we asked for a 30min pre call to be able to let them through a barrier, it didn’t happen until they actually arrived, and couldn’t understand that I would have to walk up to let them in, all they kept saying no on paperwork, they ability to speak English and understand it was way below expectations

Caitlin was excellent in assisting with our return for radiators. It was a very professional and efficient exchange!
