I ordered samples from tile mountain because I was trying to match up some existing tiling. Customer Service were extremely helpful in trying to find a good match for me.The service provided was second to none. The samples arrived really quickly and although they weren’t a close enough match this time, I would definitely recommend tile mountain. The tile samples were nice quality and the actual tiles were very competitively priced. I would certainly look to use tile mountain for a future project.

I needed help reporting damaged goods, Haider Jamil customer services was very helpful and responded very quickly to my request, he was very polite and sorted out any issues I had very efficiently and in a professional manner, communication was very good, keeping me informed about the process.

The ordering and help from the shop was brilliant, how the delivery let it down, we asked for a 30min pre call to be able to let them through a barrier, it didn’t happen until they actually arrived, and couldn’t understand that I would have to walk up to let them in, all they kept saying no on paperwork, they ability to speak English and understand it was way below expectations

Caitlin was excellent in assisting with our return for radiators. It was a very professional and efficient exchange!

I paid for 2 tile samples to consider for my project. These arrived in less than a week. I had a follow up email to check I’d received them and if I needed any support. I didn’t, and the tiles weren’t quite the right colours, so didn’t end up placing a full order. However, with the customer service received I would have no hesitation in using them in the future

Had an issue with a item brought couple years ago, the warranty was fantastic and replacement part sent the next day !

I originally mentioned that delivery charges could be more competitive compared to companies like NesHome who offer free delivery over £200. The company responded professionally, forwarded my feedback to the relevant team, and refunded my delivery charge as a goodwill gesture.

This proactive approach to customer feedback is commendable and shows genuine care for customer satisfaction. The product is excellent, and the customer service goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!
