Skeptical buyer
I have to give a 3 star rating for the simple
Fact I’ve only had it for 2 days. I’m the biggest skeptic ever so buying this was a bit of a stretch, but with the 30 day money back guarantee I had nothing to lose an everything to gain (pun intended). My member was perfectly fine prior to purchasing this product, but why not add a little razzle dazzle ya know. So in my first 2 days of usage I notice the erections are more firm and fuller. I haven’t experienced any gains in length or circumference being only used it twice. I don’t think I’ll be sending it back prior to the 30 day window on the return, I intend to keep the device and see where it takes me.

I called about my bathmate, because a piece is broken. They gave me a runaround, didn't even look at my warranty didn't help at all. So now I have the product that does not work when they could have just replaced a little piece on. And the times I call them, was within the word warranty time. They don't honor their agreements

The rubber seal on the device tore which makes the hard plastic inside cut and tear skin. I sent several emails to customer service requesting they honor the warranty and I was completely ignored every time nothing in my spam folder I sent the emails to support@bathmatedirect .com

I have been using bathmate pumps for several years started with the Hercules and our grew it moved onto the hydromax9 and outgrew that too I now have the hydroxtreme11 and have outgrown that one too, I would like bathmate to do a larger sized model than the 11, my penis is now enormous after pumping, some reviews say the gains don't last but mine definitely have and I want to go longer and thicker so come on bathmate create a larger hydroxtreme model for us

Rude, unfair and unprofessional
I ordered the Bathmate extreme and I have a legitimate bank account, a good credit score and for some reason my order was flagged for fraud and cancelled. When I responded saying that was incorrect, I got no response and simply told my order was cancelled. It is highly unprofessional and disappointing that the most simple aspect of being a customer could not be fulfilled by he. I was so excited to receive my item. Highly disappointed, would not recommend.

Bad refund service
The review is more about the service than the product itself. The refund policy is misleading in a way that shipping the product back costs as much as the product if not more by checking estimates from different shipping companies. So you buy a product with a safety of mind thinking you can return it if it doesn't work properly but ending up realizing it's not the case as shipping to uk from Canada would end up costing as much as the product itself. You end up paying for a product that you will not use.
