Unparalleled service and value
Excellent service in person at the showroom. I said what I was looking for, and was given various options in design and price-range from which to chose. Subsequent delivery was prompt. When a mirror cupboard turned out to be faulty, Chantal in Customer Services was exceptionally helpful and sorted a replacement within a couple of hours, and delivery of that was again very swift. Highly recommend. Will not buy bathroom furniture from anywhere else from now on.

Just a loo seat but.......
I needed a very straight forward item - new loo seat! but they are a particular make and shape. Bathdisc were very quick and easy to order from, delivery was super speedy and the price was very good as well. So all in all, a great experience!

Prompt and professional communication
Bathroom Discount Centre were one of only a very few suppliers who supplied my particular choice of steel bath. Price was competitive and they were prompt and professional in the way they kept me informed about its availability and its delivery date, which was met.

Manufacturing defect issue sorted out promptly
I had a problem with a manufacturing defect on a draw in a bathroom vanity unit, which occurred a few days short of a year after purchase but only after 6 months use (there was a lengthy delay with installation). On the same day that I contacted Bathroom Discount Centre about this they had contacted the manufacturer for me who has agreed to supply a replacement.

Great customer service
We had a very positive experience with Bathroom Discount Centre from start to finish. The salesperson Derrick took his time to help me with choosing all of the fixtures for our new loft en-suite. Chantal provided excellent after-sale customer service support which reinforced that we made the right choice going to them.

Incredible service full-spot !
Incredible service full-spot !! A massive thanks to the After-Sales team (Chantel and Barry). We renovated our house in 2014 and sourced all 4 bathrooms from BathDisc. They are still providing the same high quality of service 9 year on. The After-sales team have helped source replacement parts etc. throughout and offer advice, etc. I never write reviews but made an exception here. Absolutely Outstanding!!!

Had problems with the initial purchase (I ordered the wrong size). They were helpful and attentive to the issue and helped sorted it with minimal fuss.
