Not recommended. Ordered items showing in stock on website, says they will ship next business day. Waited 2 business days and had not received a shipping notification. Called the number on the website, answer was "hello?", very unprofessional. Was told the item is backordered for 3-4 weeks, however I was never informed.
Would not recommend. I purchased a Toto toilet set with bidet. While delivery was quick, one of the parts was broken (not sure if it was broken in transit or before it was even shipped). Even though I inspected the products on arrival, I didn’t discover the broken part until I went to install it 50 days after receiving it (bathroom remodel got delayed). Well…it’s past 30 days so they say they can’t get a reimbursement from the shipping company and therefore won’t replace it. They offered me a 50% discount to buy it from them again, which I’ll admit is something, but still not the customer service I expected. Note: the shipper was Ferguson Enterprises, so they appear to be just another storefront for Ferguson.
Update: owner says they are a small business and the product shipped from Ferguson because they handle warehousing for Toto.
