They will claim that they did not find anything wrong in their system after providing incomplete, wrong, obsolete information and phone numbers not related to any real individual that is living or working at the address you provided them. All they do is copy and paste from public websites, but it is not even done accurately and with care. You will, for example, receive phone numbers of people that live on the other side of the country, names of businesses that do not exist anymore, names of people that don't even match the ethnicity, sex, and age of those you need to identify, and so on. They claim that they only charge users $0.20 for each match, but nonetheless, you will still have to recharge $25 on your account; once, a few seconds later you will get a CSV file containing incomplete and inaccurate data, they will claim that they cannot refund your money, especially the $25, according to their policy. You better be ready to file a chargeback with your bank.

Their website provides no option to delete your account so you will have to open a ticket request but be ready not to receive an answer after more than 24 hours.

Finally, they will start sending you SMS marketing spam on your cellphone, forcing you to block their number.

Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend buying products from this website.

I had a problem logging in... and I learned to use the incognito method and it worked. Not sure why my laptop was acting funny.

I got Patricia helped me out in re-logging back in to my account. I was waiting for the Email Reset link that didn't come through and she was able to assist me in resetting it from her end. She is so polite and did a great job in resolving my concern.
