Pathetic experience with their customer support, terrible product quality. A big red flag.
1. Cancel order will not work even after 2 secs of placing the order.
2. Have to fill 3-4 forms & spend 2-3 hours just to raise a return request.
3. No one shows up to pick up the return after placing return request.
4. Product quality is so poor. Broke after usage of 2 days.
5. CS associate gets frustrated in a call with the customer.
6. Reaching customer support is a pain
