Horrible communication and support
Hi, hoping Basler will see my review and reply, as I've tried contacting them via email without success. Placed an order on the 18th of January. Wrote to info AT basler-beauty.es to explain that I did not see the delivery address in the confirmation email. Haven't gotten a reply. Will delete or modify the rating once I've been able to contact the store.
UPDATE (23/01/2024): My order was supposedly cancelled but I don’t have any proof of this, and the charge is still reflected in my credit card. Again I wrote to them asking for confirmation and again no reply. Loosing hope about this being anywhere near legit.
UPDATE 24/01/2024: The order has not been cancelled as I can still see it active in my account. The charge has gone through on my credit card, and still no anwser to my contact attempts. BEWARE!
UPDATE 28/01/2024: Still no reply to my emails. Still the order remains active and not cancelled like they state. Still the charge appears in my credit card.
UPDATE 30/01/2024 - I received notification today via email letting me know that my payment had been reimbursed, and, indeed, I can now see it in my credit card statement. Not a scam, but communication with the company is horrible.

I placed an order from Belgium, but I haven't received any parcel tracking, nor a real order confirmation!
Why haven't I received a real confirmation, nor an order tracking even though my PayPal payment has been debited?
I called the after-sales service numbers but got no answer. I sent an email & I will update when my situation changes.
Update december 28 : after emailing the company the 22nd for more tracking info, they responded me the 23th with a tracking number. I received the package on the 28th and everything was in perfect condition. The packaging wasn't very sturdy, but was in perfect condition also!
Very happy about this purchase & order !

I have been waiting over 10 days they emailed to say they did not have my address. Everytime I try to email back the email says it can not be sent to this address. I definitely gave my address when paying. Avoid this company

No sign of my order. Communication non existing
Bought a perfume from them on November 17th and its now December 15th and no sign of it or update from them. Also tried emailing them and no response. Same with the contact number they have.
*Update* Got an email after my review here saying they will send it "in the next few days" on the 22nd Dec. Still no sign of anything.
*Further Update*
Turns out the item was discounted but they did refund me at least.

My order was shipped on 26th of september, but the shipment was interrupted by DHL, and guess what… You cannot even respond to my emails, asking you to start an investigation. Will I even receive my order / money? And for how much longer will I have to wait? DO SOMETHING!
