Missing Order/No Customer Service
UPDATE: I am delighted to say I got a response and they have been very affable and informative, it's just a pity that they don't have a better point of contact for the Irish customers in the first instance, as the email address on the webpage doesn't seem to be active or managed. Thanks for responding to my review.
I placed an order on the 12th of October and got an email confirmation. Then on the 15th of October I got an email to say the order would be delayed. I have sent at least 6 or 7 emails since to follow up and have got no response. I then phoned them and was told the order number I had didn't exist! I told them I tried several times to email and I was told to email again..... but still there has been no response! I am stuck in limbo now as I don't know whether to order again, is it on it's way, or has it been cancelled, there is no way of knowing. When I look at my on-line account, I can see the order in my history. I have used this company several times in the past and have never had a problem, but this time it's so frustrating!

This company completely failed to deliver on time. My order was delayed, customer service was useless and unhelpful, and they refused to take any responsibility. Because of their failure, my gift and travel plans were ruined. Unreliable and unacceptable — I will never order here again.

We sincerely apologise that you were not satisfied with the delivery times or our service.
However, please note that our online shop states that delivery times are 3-4 working days. This means that an order placed on Friday cannot arrive in Ireland on Monday.
When you requested cancellation, the order had already been processed by our IT system to such an extent that cancellation was no longer possible. As soon as the shipment has been returned to us, the amount will be automatically refunded to you.

I ordered from Ireland on July 30th and was informed of every step taken, up to delivery on 05th August.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the price of my items purchased.
I would definitely order again.

Disguisting service. You must wait two weeks your order. They dont answer on E-Mail, they dont speak with clients. They send you automatic answers. Nobody interested in customers. Never order anything from them. I do not recommend.

I ordered a steam pod on your website…
I ordered a steam pod on your website basler-beauty.ie and when it arrived to me in Ireland I saw it had a two pin plug. The fact I ordered it on what I thought was an Irish website and it being shipped to Ireland which is a country that only uses 3 pin plugs you would think I would have been emailed and advised. Anyway I thought I’d make it work and purchased a plug adapter, but the appliance shorted out 4 adapter plugs so it wouldn’t work. Initial contact via email regarding returns was ok, but I had to ask several times for the shipping label to return the item. Anyway I sent it back and it was received as the tracking confirmed this but I have had no response or refund yet from Basler Beauty. I have emailed several times and I’m not even getting a reply, they owe me €270.

Non delivery and communication
Ordered almost Eur500 worth of products from Italyhb and the 2-4 days delivery time window was what attracted me as I'm moving around Italy for my holiday. A few days later received an email that it'll be a few days delayed and a week later over same 3 emails asking them the status and a cancellation or redirection to another address depending how late it'll be but no response at all. I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing but saw a good rating published on their website and thought it can be trusted. Terrible customer service and non communication

BEWARE: optional service fee that is automatically added to each order
I've ordered 4 times from this site because they have a product that was hard to find for me on other online shops. I don't remember how fast shipping was because my last order was a while back but I think everything was normal and the products were good. But today I realized that in every order they added a "Service fee" of 1,99eur. I don't know how I why I never noticed before. Usually I'm very careful with reviewing these things. But I think it's because they always have a shipping fee no matter how much you order so that could have been the reason. This service fee is a moot service for me. It's like shipping insurance and return insurance for electronics, which I definitely did not need. This fee is added automatically at the end of the order and is "pre-checked" so you have to uncheck this service if you don't want it. I think this is very scammy on their part. I wrote a message to them earlier to see if they will return my fee for the last order from yesterday. Obviously for all the orders that I paid this fee it is my fault for not reviewing it. But still very scammy.

As bad as it gets
This wasn’t a good shopping experience. They took almost a week to process the order, another 3 weeks have passed where the order was supposed to be delivered. It never arrived. And then rude customer service. I wish I could upload their emails, but this one takes the cake: Asked them to communicate in English, they replied “no, you placed the order in the NL, so we will communicate in the language of that country.” Guys, honestly, you’re German, so what’s that all about? Just be respectful and don’t discriminate, and most importantly chill out. But if you want to do things as they’re done in the NL, then don’t only speak the language, but improve your delivery service and times to match the standards, and be nicer to people.

Regarding your comment about the language: Our Dutch shop is – as you correctly state – staffed by a team of native speakers who work on behalf of our company. In principle, English is, of course, available as a second language in our customer service – this should have been the case in your case as well. We are sorry that your request was declined, and we will discuss this with our service provider.
We also understand your disappointment with the delivery. It is unfortunate that the package was not picked up and was therefore returned, but we can assure you that you have since received a refund via your credit card.

Terrible Service and no help
The prices are good, that's a fact compared to prices in The Netherlands.
How ever the service is horrible!
Apparently Germans don't know how te deal with questions and complaints.
My package was send back and never delivered. I send 3 different emails in English asking if it would be possible to get the same order for the same price.
I got 3 times the same return reply made by Google translate. Not possible we are sorry.
No compassion, help or service.
Easy to order but if there is a problem you are on your own, and they really don't care as long as the got the money.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I purchased an item on 13.03, but they didn’t ship it for four days. When I requested a refund, they refused—even though the item still hadn’t been posted at that time. Now, 10 days later, I’m still waiting, and it was meant to be a birthday present.
If you're in Ireland, avoid this seller unless you're okay with waiting two weeks, as they ship from Germany. I’ve decided not to accept the delivery and will hopefully get my refund. Instead, I’ll just buy the item in-store today.

Excellent service! I ordered a perfume from this store and I, being abroad, was a bit worried initially. But not only did they respond (coming across as real), the perfume also arrived in excellent condition. This company is not a scam, it is a real company. A good company with excellent service. If you have any fears, I advise you to not worry, you will get what you order.

Still waiting for the order and…
Still waiting for the order and solution.
Ordered some products on 16/01, I was told my order was deliverd by dhl to the servicepoint on 23/01, when i went to pick it up on 27/01 i was told they haven't recived my order. Went to contact company, they made me fill out forms, send several emails but still today they haven't delivered my order, or sent new order or refunded my order.
IT'S ALMOST TWO MONTHS FROM THE ORDER!
