DON'T ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY SAY THEY SEND CONFIRMATION EMAILS OF ORDER BUT THERE IS NONE SENT. THEN THEY CHARGE MORE FROM YOUR CARD AND WHEN YOU TRY AND EMAIL THEM YOU GET A MESSAGE THAT MY EMAILS WERE NOT SENT.
I HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE THROUGH MY BANK WHICH THEY LOCATED THEIR EMAIL BASKETTOP.COM WHICH THEN I WAS ABLE TO EMAIL BUT WHEN THEY RESPOND ALL THEY TELL YOU IS IT'S YOUR FAULT FOR NOT CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION. SOMETHINGS THAT IS NOT VISIBLE WHEN YOU ORDER AND IT SOMEHOW TRIGGERS ON YOUR FIRST ORDER AND THEY LIE TO YOU THAT WE HAD A FREE TRIAL WHICH WE HAD TO CANCEL WITHIN A PERIOD AND THEY THEN SAY THAT THEY SENT AN EMAIL TO CANCEL IF WE WANTED BUT THERE'S NO SUCH EMAIL. THERE IS A HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION THERE GUY'S SO WATCH IT AND DON'T ORDER THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD ANYWAY

REALLY REALLY ....
1. I was interested in the product NOT the subscription. Don't mix subscriptions with product buys.
2. First time login THEIR given password. There was no prompt or update/change password in account settings. Major red flag!!!!
3. No response to query through their online customer contact.
4. No subscription cancellation acknowledgement or reason for cancelling pop-up. Second red flag!!!!
5. CYPRUS!!!!! All over!!!!
ZERO stars, had to allow 1 to submit review .....

This company is the worst by far. With there customer service. Was told I could get a refund .to send back item. This is not true.

I was also signed up to a subscription that I was not told about. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one. I did get my ear buds and they are great, however do not order from them at all.
Unless you email them within the 18 days of getting the subscription ( they dont tell you about it) they will keep trying to take money from the card.

Do not deal with this company. I should have looked at the reviews first. Silly me. False advertising and difficult to deal with. Says 100% guarantee returns but when you ask for one they say no. Product was 1/4 the size I expected and twice as expensive. Very evasive emails trying to drag things out.

They took £39 from bank account October and I cancel everything 2nd of November coz I’m bit busy again they took £39 on 3rd of November I ask them for refund they said so many things omg 😱 these fraud companies please careful guys

Be Careful with this site. There are hidden subscriptions within it. I ordered a product to try and had no idea that by doing so I had been subscribed to a site until a $63 AUD charge came through on my account. When I contacted them and requested a refund they denied it as by buying the product I had agreed to the subscription.

I purchased something from this company once (bras) and then every month after that there were amounts taken from my credit card. Usually $50-$65 and sometimes two transactions per month. Do not give this company your card number. I also think that if you purchase something from them they somehow subscribe you to justify why they are taking the money. I never signed up for a subscription with them!

So they have been stealing money every month from my credit card, different amounts, so I can’t block it.
How do I get rid of them?

I ordered a foam cleaning product from this company not only it never turned up but they keep charging my card for it. I have had to cancel my card that I used and now how to claim a refund.Don't use this company it's a SCAM...............

I’ve been scammed as well. An extra $350 taken.

Same thing happened to me as many others here. My mistake for ordering from an overseas online company without doing my research. Got the foam cleaner and was signed up to a subscription that I was told nothing about! Just saw the charges today and I write to them asking for a refund and they reply saying it's a valid charge because I didn't cancel within the trial period! Total scam and informed my bank, hopefully they can recover my 67.74 NZD.

Purchased some head phones from baskettop for $29.99 USD. Unknowingly to me they subscribe me as a club member and started charging my credit card monthly of around $30 USD. I never received any correspondence from baskettop. All up they scammed me around $260 NZD ( 4 months of around $30 USD.

I didn’t know I was signing up to a subscription, they agreed to cancel the subscription I didn’t ask for but wouldn’t refund the £78.94 they had already taken out of my bank account? This is a lot of money when you can’t afford to spend it?

Absolute total scam. The 18 day free trial which they don't tell you about clearly when you buy the initial product which does not show as baskettop at the time. I was charged $130 AUD for two tiny bottles of foam cleaner as I did not "opt out" of the membership. Apparently there was an email which never came to advise me re cancelling. 100% SCAM.
