The item was not what I expected. The item did not fit and the material wasn't a good quality.Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before making a purchase ( . Shipping took around one month, not so long for China, but the problem is that quality of the dress is awful, I even can’t explain my frustration when I got it. 99 cent store have better quality then the dress I got, I won’t take it even for free, but I paid $78 for the garbage.trying to return this garbage I followed the return instructions in the package but it was IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN let alone get a refund. i went online and did research about this company and i found this help is Six zero seven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!four3eight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!³⁴⁹⁸finally after long chase with this company on date 14-07-2021 iwas able to get in touch with company customer service team they guide me with the return instructions i returned the dress and i did receive the refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!########The size was wrong ########Terrible.I will not order from them again.

On June 28, I wrote a review that the items were not as pictured and my request for a refund was denied. I let it go at that, I didn't try to dispute it again. Surprisingly, they did refund my account at a later date. It took a while, but they did what was right and gave me a refund.

I paid over 100.00 for 4 shirts and they don't fit correctly. I'm trying to return but they won't respond to either of my emails!!! I want to return!!! Bad customer service for sure!

I didn't receive my order in a timely manner (3weeks). The item was not what I expected. The item did not fit and the material wasn't a good quality. When I asked for return instructions I was told they would refund $5. The purchase price was approx $40. I will not order from them again.

I received my order within 2 weeks of ordering and was very happy with all three items. Everything fits as expected and great quality. I wouldn’t hesitate that order from them again.

Good but shipping or processing takes too long

I'm very happy with the clothes and the fit. Sometimes it take a little longer than what I would like, but with all this mess going on I understand. Overall I'm happy with the service.
