I bought the MA10 model, the product is good for the price you pay. The issue is the after sale support. If something happens with the product, don't expect any "customer satisfaction" approach.

Took my money and didn’t deliver the goods. It’s been a month now. Customer support constantly lies. Now they are trying to screw me over by sending the goods again. However only 3 out 5 because the prices have changed since then. Stay away from them and choose companies more reliable.

Easy navigation, smooth transaction, delivery is fast enough, no problem at all.
One caveat is voltage, pay attention before you place an order.
Could not use the rebate coupon to buy…
Could not use the rebate coupon to buy a replacement charger. There was no way to apply the coupon in the payment phase of placing an order. The system rejected the coupon number as invalid. In addition, I ordered a small vacuum which requires 5 hours to charge but works for only 10 seconds. Overall, there’s nothing good about my customer experience - bad product quality, bad customer service.

The 12 in 1 hub I ordered wouldn’t work for 3 screens, so as it is I have to work around it by plugging an HDMI into my laptop in addition to the hub so I can have 3 screens.. now, about 2 weeks into using it, it doesn’t consistently power my screens… my second screen just keeps shutting off and turning back on. If I mess with the usbc sometimes it turns back on, but either way this hub is garbage. I wish I could figure out a way to return it but I’m having a tough time there too… better off going to Amazon
Buyer Beware
The Nomos I bought is not working properly. When speaking with support they have a strange resistance to accepting there is anything wrong and even offered me a measly $10 to just keep it. I've been pushing back and I want to return it but they're very resistant. It's eroded my confidence in them as a company and I will no longer be purchasing any BaseUS products.
