Super comfortable!

I love these ear buds. I love they don't sit inside my ears but gently rest on them. The sound quality is great for audiobooks and phone calls. I have never had trouble pairing them with my devices. They charge fast. They lock nicely in their case. I like the way the light up so I know they are on and blink when they start charging. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The quality of this charger is amazing. Item shipped quickly and arrived promptly. Surprisingly it was cheaper from the website than on Amazon so I got a good deal.

DO NOT BUY FROM BASEUS!! Baseus is a scam company and advertises free returns, but they don't tell you that they have a 7-day return policy. You have to search through their entire site and their return policy is unclear. When my item arrived on September 15, they argued that it had arrived three days earlier. All packages in my community are logged through an Amazon locker and scanned immediately upon entry, so their claim is false. They refused to allow me to return or exchange this item. Any company that has a 7-day return policy is UNREASONABLE!

Bottom line: They refused to accept a return or exchange, even though the item I purchased ended up having connection issues. Baseus is NOT a good company, and this will be the last time I take their advice—or ChatGPT’s advice—on purchasing from them.

2 months after buying, cord won’t retract.

Baseus offers a return policy allowing returns, exchanges, and repairs within a specific warranty period for manufacturing defects. While the initial claim of "free return" is misleading, customers can get repairs or exchanges for free within the warranty period. However, for non-quality issues or non-defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

I’m really impressed with the Baseus Bowie WM02 TWS Bluetooth Earphones Stereo Wireless 5.3 earbuds! The sound quality is clear with good bass, and they’re super comfortable to wear even for long hours. Battery life lasts me the whole day, and the case charges quickly. For the price, they feel premium and reliable. Only thing I’d love is a bit more noise cancellation, but overall, great value—I’d definitely recommend them!

My bad to order from them they use the worst carrier the package is lost and they debate with me to wait for almost a week till they send me replacement. Not sure if the quality of their product shall be as the quality of their couriers

I want to share my horrible experience with baseusindiaofficial so others don’t fall into the same trap.

I purchased the Baseus C02 Go Magnetic Car Phone Mount from their official site for ₹1799, expecting reasonable quality and support since they advertise a 1-year warranty. However, the product didn’t even last 10 days – the glue on the velcro started peeling off, making it completely useless.

What’s worse:

Their Contact Us page doesn’t work (which they say is needed to claim the warranty).

Emails sent to them are completely ignored.

Zero support whatsoever.

These are clearly cheap Chinese-made products being sold at a very premium price, with absolutely no customer service or accountability.

The same product was sold out on Amazon, which would’ve provided proper buyer protection and support in such cases.

My strong advice:
👉 DO NOT buy from baseusindiaofficial.
👉 Stick to trusted platforms like Amazon for at least some warranty and support guarantee.

Scammers like these should not be allowed to thrive.

The product greatly exceeded my expectation. The quality and performance were very ggod.

I have recently ordered a set of the over the ear buds. Eli sport I think they're called and a pair of the clip on style buds, Bowie mc 1 pro. Shipping took a little longer than expected but oh well. They both sound great, given they are not in ear earbuds. However both pair occasionally will have one of the earbuds "cut out" while listening. It does it more often than I would like.

The quality of there items is terrible. Magnetic power bank doesn't charge my phone fully. Maybe only 60% if you're very lucky.
The car mobile device holder won't fit anywhere on the dash board because of the design.
Really hard to get proper follow up customer care too.

Got the glass at the back of my phone replaced and repaired and they were very efficient. Really good service and super fast. Would highly recommend.

The replacement process for a recalled product I bought a few years ago was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I am in Germany.

I bought a 65w charger a few years back and I received an email about a callback trough my original seller(EU-webshop) of the product regarding certain SN-numbers.
Reached out to their custumservice (in the US) and provided them with the requested information and it was just smooth and easy.
This is how a customer support should work.
The contact was easy, to the point, polite, and the replacement product got here (Belgium) in no time.

So I would like to say deal with this brand in confidence!
My experience with them have shown me that, not only that their custumservice is amazing, this is a company that stands behind their products.
