I'm amazed that this entity even gets one positive review. I ordered shoes (around 90 euros), but it took 3 weeks to get them, not even in a shoebox, and the quality and fit are so bad that I cannot imagine anyone could wear them. The customer service is even worse. The only way to return these shoes is to a non-existing address. Somewhere hidden in this entity is the idea of shipping them back to China (closing around 30 euros), but as previously mentioned, the address does not even exist. The reviews on Trustpilot are all fake, and I want to let you know: don't fall into this trap; it's a hoax and a scam, and they're not even trying to resolve things.

Ordered Basel Trend 3 shoes since 2 months and I am still waiting for them. When I sent a message asking for information, I don't get any answer and this is really weird. Already paid via Klarna and when I ask Klarna if they can do something or is there anyway to get my money back, Klarna just tell me, they have nothing to do with the ordering and delivery process...

Long delivertime but no scam.
First I thought it was a scam. Because the deliver time was so long and I tried to contact them and first I could’t make contact with them.
Today I received my package and it was really good.
So be a little bit patient it will arrive.
I’m so sorry for my first negative comment.
