Welcome offers seem good but they'll make up fake terms and conditions to weasle out of the offer and then closed my account and banned me from WhiteHatGaming which isn't a loss.

Currently have a complaint open with their ADR, will update with results.

A total scam. I withdraw £150 and after 3 days of waiting and emailing customer support I’ve got a email back saying my account was closed and all my funds confiscated. Stay away if you don’t want to loose your money.

Avoid!!! Seems all the other reviews are true! I am having the same problems and replies from them as all the others. deposited £180 and finally got a small win, withdrew £300 still pending after 24 hours so I mailed them, they replied saying it was pending, looked the next day and no pending withdrawals and no authorized withdrawals. nothing in my account and nothing in my bank so I mailed them again. They replied that the withdrawal had failed due to my bank( see how many other reviews have had the same reply!) I have played dozens of online casinos and had no problem paying to the card I use to deposit, Absolute rubbish! I will be phoning my bank in the morning to see if any attempt was made, then straight to the GC and ombudsman if not legal proceedings , Do not play here you will not get paid!!!

After ALOT of hassle I finally got paid. Do not choose this casino if you want a fast payout. They make it an incredibly slow and painful process. Even banning you from your account for simply asking where your money is. I personally will never play here again and I advise others not to!

Absolute scam! Avoid this cheater casino. More than 1000 spin without any bonus. Sometimes 30-40 spins without any win. When a collector collect all of the money on screen in the last line its never happens! unfortunately we cant do anything against these companies because they over the law, just stop playing!

On March 15, 2024, the administration of the Barz casino shamelessly appropriated my winnings, unjustly banning my account in the process. Here's how it happened: I deposited 2000 euros without any issues, but when it came to withdrawing my winnings, the cunning representatives of the casino came up with dozens of incomprehensible reasons why I couldn't claim my prize, with the main absurdity occurring in the verification process.

You see, according to the casino administration, for me to have the opportunity to withdraw money, the Barz representatives needed to request my verification from other casinos, even though I had already successfully completed verification and had every reason to withdraw funds!

In my communication with the casino support team, I repeatedly explained that I couldn't provide a bank statement showing my salary deposit, as I made my deposit using winnings from another casino. Despite my explanations, the Barz representatives stubbornly insisted on scrutinizing my financial statement, which had no relevance to deposits in their casino.

Realizing that I wouldn't back down easily, the Barz administration took the most idiotic step by unjustly banning my account, effectively stealing my funds and blocking my access to all casinos within their group. I strongly advise against playing at this casino – you'll lose both money and time.

Deposited £40 won £200 i know its a loss but was claiming some losses back.

they told me my withdrawal failed and i need to send them bank documents and i did so. heard nothing back. so they still have my withdrawal.

i then went on DreamVegas which if you check there gambling commisions page is a partner of theres or is even the same owners as when i log into one it logs me out the other withdrew £60 SAME PROBLEM

Went on live chat i bet you can guess who i got KELLY absolutely useless cant put me through to the accounts team. Just continues to give me automated responses saying to wait for an email confiming my withdrawal... How long will i have to wait lol?

This site is a complete scam they have allowed me to deposit my money time and time again and when I have gone to withdraw my winnings they have no said they can't till I provid documents they haven't asked for any sort of id or documents till it came to withdrawal it's a joke of a site I would stay very clear of this

Deposited £100 this morning and won nearly £1300. Went to withdraw and it wouldn’t let me so I joined online chat with the thief’s. I was told it was bonus money and I can never withdraw it even though I deposited and received no type of bonus !
This company is obtaining g money by deception, I am not a bad loser I won £17k few weeks ago from a site called jokabet and they paid out no issue same with other accounts. It’s a waste of time going to the gambling commission as they do not bother so I am now talking to my bank and going g to the police.
Please do not be fooled by this company

A very bad game takes ages for a withdrawal been waiting 10days and all they keep saying they are having trouble but money is still in review I won't ever play this at all they are joke and need to sort them self out or delete the app

Scammed at Christmas!
I won 10 free spins wow perfect didn’t think I would get a win but surprised I won but winnings were in bonus balance so I had to play until it went into cash balance. Now my cash balance was £900 wow! I withdrew it left a little on the site won another £2000 Christmas has come early that’s two withdrawals now totalling £2900 played the odd pennies and won another big amount of £1000!! Withdrew three separate transactions all in my cash balance first £900 then £2000 and lastly £1000 a total winning of £3900 all withdrawn spoke via chat and they said 24-48 hours review not a problem. Just got an email now saying all transactions failed and my cash balance £50… just spoke to the people on the chat and said basically there is a clause “if you get free spins and win they only allow you to have £50” to me this is a complete SCAM.
I waged what I had to until it became cash balance and withdrawals were done by myself and the people on the chat didn’t say anything UNTIL NOW only allowed £50 of the winnings can not believe this!
People told me this site is brilliant however I’d say it’s nothing but a scam! I’d like the site to see this and realise what they have done is wrong and if this was a real site once you have waged a certain amount the winnings should be yours. It would be nice if the site could deal with this and rightly reward my three amount of winnings that total £3900. I have all the chats saved and screen shots of my winnings.

After depositing a total of £199 I attempted attempted to make 3 x withdrawals totalling £600 leaving £350 in my Barz account. Received email saying my account had been locked, winnings confiscated and a refund of my deposit as I had used someone else's card. I hadn't and sent them a copy of my debit card proving this. Subsequently received a verification request which I complied with and then zero further response.

There is no phone number and live chat repeat the same diatribe. My experience, like others here, is that if you deposit with Barz Casino you cannot win. I'll happily amend my review if the situation is rectified although no response from them for 9 days suggests they won't payout legitimately won monies.

I made 2 withdrawals Saturday 2nd of December was meant to be processed and received back to my deposit method on the Sunday.
Sunday comes get an email transaction failed please send a bank statement so we can process your withdraw.
Sent said bank statement the “accounts team” acknowledged and verified my bank details for my withdrawal to go ahead.
Contacted via email and live chat no information, at all, just keep telling me to wait or email as they can’t give me any information.
Sent 2 emails which I am awaiting a reply.
Keep being told to be patient and wait a little longer.
I’ve waited the allotted time frame given, submitted my bank statement and have waited.
Never known a casino to take so long, have zero information about my withdrawal, and not replying to my emails.
The withdrawal amount is for £200 and I feel I’m going round in circles and not getting anywhere despite my best efforts.
I have screen shots of the chats, my withdrawals and emails, I’ve kept a record of everything.
Oh and one last thing they locked my account after my withdrawal.

I haven’t violated any terms, I didn’t use any bonuses.
Very disappointed.
Hoping that coming here I can get it sorted with a little help as I’m not getting anywhere with them.

Should have read the reviews first as everyone seem to be having the same problem.
