price match is insane, very great resi for bulk work have had 0 problem with it on a lot of sites. ISP is also amazing with their price and how much I can scale. Don't really know what's up with people complaining about isp getting clipped, it happens to every proxy service. Customer service and the pricing is unmatched. Literally, they will beat any competitor. Also, when I need assistance, I get it very quickly. They swapped me for a new set of IPs very quickly and they worked perfectly for my application. The owner is very responsive and involved in the day-to-day. They integrate well with my business and keep it running smoothly. Reliability is key! I will say, that their website is very professional and user-friendly. I can add more services or make requests myself. I literally have no issues with them and would recommend to anyone!

Price match is great.

Everything else is terrible. Don't try to use these proxies for anything you want. If you need a cheap resi provider to monitor for some reason or to do any unimportant task, BART is your guy. If you're trying to get in a queue and stay there, look somewhere else. If you want ISP speed, also look somewhere else. Support will try to gaslight you and tell you it's how it's supposed to be but try literally any other provider and you'll see a clear difference.

I bought a subnet last month and it honestly was terrible quality. I tried to cancel 10 days before the renewal but first of all custom invoice subnets don't show up on their dashboard so I never got a confirmation email, and I never got access to a portal like stripe to cancel from there. There is no way for you to cancel a custom invoice that auto renews without talking to support.

I opened a discord support ticket, said I wanted to cancel and was waiting on an admin to cancel for DAYS. If you don't check in multiple times a day to click a reaction button, the ticket will auto close on you. First of all, this makes no sense because im waiting on YOU the company to respond, why are you auto closing tickets every 12 hours if you dont respond in the allotted time frame. I opened 3 tickets BEFORE the renewal date before they finally said on the third ticket it was cancelled. Then I got a charge for renewal the next day....

I'm now on my 4th ticket, providing all the information, and they have not responded with a solution or refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

update: they kicked me from the server and no confirmation for a refund...

update 2: Their reply is so funny. I have proof of tickets being created 3 times before renewal and I also NEVER threatened a CB. I multiple tickets BECAUSE THEY WOULD AUTO CLOSE BEFORE A RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPORT. I did not create multiple tickets because I was told of the cancellation policy and that I wouldn't be refunded. Not a single thing in their reply is true.

I did initiate a CB and won it EASILY with the proof I had once they kicked me (the type of unprofessionalism no other proxy company has, espcially after how nice I was about the situation). Absolute terrible support and now even the owner is lying in trustpilot replies like I dont have receipts. Look at all the recent reviews. We arent ALL lying. Their owner is emotional and lying through his teeth. And of course instead of rectifying the situation by trying to contact me in any way to see the proof of the 3 tickets I created, they are trying to save themselves on here like there isn't a huge banner warning that they incentivize reviews lol.

By the way the "repeated abusive behavior" they speak of is me @ pinging them every time THEIR inactivity pop up comes up to force close the ticket due to inactivity if there isnt a response in the ticket. Imagine that! Imagine a customer wanted the support to actually reply in a timely manner so that their own auto ticket doesnt close the ticket for the 4th, 5th, 6th time etc because THEY DONT RESPOND. My last message that got me kicked after being so incredibly polite the entire time is as a follows

"Not trying to be annoying here but its been 10+ days and 4 tickets at this point and im getting charged like this is a rebill tactic.

You have my email, the auth token, you can see my ticket from may 8th, may 13th, may 16th asking for cancellation. Id like to close this ticket out rather than check this discord multiple times a day to keep open a ticket. It shouldn't even fall on me to keep open a ticket when im waiting for a response."

That's the last message I sent at the end after being fed up that got twisted into "threatening CB", "abusive replies", "breaching guidelines" etc. If they do this to me as a group owner, imagine what they do to YOU as a regular customer. And shame on all the other groups that do group buys with these guys.

DO BETTER BART

I am writing this honest and detailed review, wasting my precious time, just to express myself about their behavior and bad service, let me tell you accurately the situation in here.

1) The proxies became very unstable, the more time passes the more unstable they get, this was not an issue caused by my setup, i was using some proxies on a mini pc at home and some in a costly dedicated server, the problem persisted, a lot of people on their discord was complaining about "proxies not working" and all they was saying is "no, they work fine", they seem work but try to keep doing requests, look how many succeeds and how many fails and FIX them!

2) They advertise their proxies being private but it's completely false, we are an 8 people community which was buying proxies from bart, we was getting the same ips distributed to more than 1 person at the same time, after complaining about it in the support they said "impossible! it should not happen!" And after providing them with the proofs they completely disappeared for days and silently closed the support ticket. it's been years and this still happens, is not a bug, and even if it is they are too lazy to fix it seems.

3) The support team is moody, sometimes they reply to your request instantly sometimes they ignore you for 2 days, but they ignore only you because if you use an alt account to ask something or tell a friend to to so, they reply to them instantly while keeping yourself in hold, i had to publicly complain on their discord all the times to get their attention.

4) Disgusting marketing, they delete all of the messages on their discord server that could cause problems, not saying messages that tells lies but honest issues or complaints, they ban you pretty easily from the discord server if they think you deserve it while you were just complaining to get what you have paid for. Additionally, they give monetary compensation (10$ for a review) or free proxies for making good trustpilot reviews which is against trustpilot TOS and should be reported as these reviews are not genuine.

5) The support team is incoherent, if you ask Bart (owner) if their proxies works with a specific website he says yes, if you ask conbonz (another support guy) he says is not supported, decide yourselves guys!

6) They advertise native and clean ips, they are really native yes but had 99 abuse score and i had to complain for hours to get a replacement.

7) An incident happened and they just took my money without the chance of change anything. Basically, i was running several applications on those proxies, one repository in particular was silently performing illegal activities without me knowing, once i have noticed it, i have stopped using it immediately, 3 days after they came and removed all of the good range proxies i had saying i did illegal stuff with them, i explained everything but all they did was giving me datacenter ips and banning me from their discord server, after some days, i literally did nothing but then they came to my email begging me to not make a bad review on trutpilot because it "damages their business" ok but you have ruined MY business by taking all the proxies away from me and blocking me on discord, this review is honest and well deserved. I thankfully was able to get those ips back thanks by their automatic bot at least on some tokens to squeeze everything i could out of them before they expired and now i'm here.

On that email they sent me to beg me to not make a bad review they wanted to talk with me, i just said them i wanted a refund but they have never replied and of course never gave that asked refund.

Extra: they advertise "at&t clean proxies" but when you check, their ASN is Windstream and not AT&T, so this is false advertising too!

Don't even try sending me an email begging me to remove this because i got tired of you and my bad experience should stay visible to everyone without any discussion.

Their IPs are worst of the lot. Don't buy, all fake promises and customer support is worst.

Terrible proxy provider, it used to be good, but nowadays it's not worth it anymore.
The owner, "Bart," lies to customers, promising one thing and delivering something completely different. When you message them to buy a package from the company, everyone responds quickly, but after you complete the purchase, they ignore you for days. To get any kind of support, you practically have to humiliate yourself before them.

Most of the positive reviews here are 'bought.' On their Discord server, there's a post stating that anyone who gives a positive review to BartProxies on TrustPilot receives credits to use on their products. But don't be fooled, I'm not a competitor, and I've bought many proxies from them in the past. It's not worth it anymore; the quality is terrible. Even buying the best packages, they will deliver datacenter proxies already used by other customers, with a fraud score of 50%+, totally dishonest.

They sell it as "AT&T" Proxies, but checking the ASN, it's faaar from AT&T... Their proxies have random weird unknown ISPs and are detected as datacenter, only a minority of them have a FraudScore under 50, most of them are in the 90-100% over used IPs...

This is wayy too high price for selling datacenter proxies and pretending them to be ISP

Worst of all: Owners on discord responding after many hours, and are responding without any politness, always cold at best, or hostile most of them time.
They don't care if u trynna buy the service, if you struggle with anything, they don't want to help u... They just want to intake your money without you asking any more questions.

The IPs are bad, and especially unstable for long connections, I wasn't able to hold connections for more than 10-20 mins on each the connection breaks, the proxy disconnects, doesn't happen with other proxy providers

Bart has always been a fire company for proxies from subnets, premium ISPs and Rotating residentials. Never have an issue and they price match to out beat all competitors. If you have proxy issues or need support their discord support system is pretty much instant and friendly! I am sure the server are probably fire also I just haven't gotten around to use them yet. Many of my affiliates also use Bart as a preferred provider!

Customer service was great. Despite what is thrown at them, the owners and support stay very customer service orientated and find solutions for their customers if any issues arise.

My experience thus far has been great. As such, I am even pivoting towards them regarding other services as well. Would recommend.

Just started botting and was a bit lost, but everyone recommended BART proxies. THEY WERE RIGHT, bart is king of proxies for retail botting, hit more than 30 checkouts on pokemon center today. Grateful I chose BART.

Bought "AT&T SUBNET FRESH" plan ($400 with coupon, $800 list price) on April 13, 2026.

Advertised:
- AT&T ISP, Ashburn US Location
- 100% Fresh Subnet, never used
- 255 Proxies (subnet)

Delivered (3 batches after complaints):

1st batch: Frontier Communications, Hohenwald Tennessee. IPs scattered across /16, not a real subnet. Different random ports per IP suggesting shared backend.

2nd batch: Astound Broadband, Henrico Virginia. Still not AT&T, still not Ashburn.

3rd batch: Genuine AT&T Ashburn finally — but IPQS shows Fraud Score 93, Proxy: True, VPN: True. Google triggers CAPTCHA in incognito mode (pure IP-based detection with no cookies/history), proving the subnet is well-known to detection systems and clearly NOT "fresh."

Latency: 71-107ms

When I pointed out that the Scamalytics screenshot the owner sent only proves AT&T's ASN is low-risk on average (not that the specific IP is fresh), the owner's literal response on Discord was:

"No refund"
"I give you the best subnet and you are complaining still"

I explicitly stated I was NOT asking for a refund — I asked them to stop claiming the IPs are "fresh" when evidence shows otherwise. The hostile response speaks for itself.

Maybe Bart Proxies was solid in the past. As of April 2026, the product is misrepresented and the owner is hostile to customers who verify quality with actual data.

Excellent, reliable products that I don't have to worry about. They just work. If there ever is an issue, however, support is fast and more than reasonable with their resolutions. They also added to their service offerings, making them even more compelling!

Great proxies, great prices. Customer support is usually very quick. Can't say I see many other companies offering the same level of service. Highly recommend.

I have had tons of success using Bart. Not only with the reliability of their proxies, but also with their support. They answer immediately anytime I have a concern. They even have a price match policy so you can’t lose with them.

The weekly refresh simply allows more anonymity, as you can change the ISP proxies weekly for some fresh ones without an additional cost. so far i have not had any issues and their support is superb, i recommend BartProxies anytime anyday. Except maybe they change
