They have very quick payouts. I do better than most at NBA betting, but as with most sites in Michigan blackjack games are a joke. I may either be up or down $20 if you count clearing the bonus as profit. Can only bet 25 cents or 50 cents a hand if you want to win consistently. For someone who bets $25 to $75 at casino this is tedious. Wanted to give them 1000 hands trial- one thing is true even if you raise your bet from 50 cents to $2 you will lose a large majority of hands. Not surely why people pay online casinos- poker and sports you at least can win 70% of sessions so it's up to you to quit your losing sessions. Added 11/7 I complained to customer service I could only win consistently betting 75 cents a hand an lower. TODAY - won $47 in 10 minutes. Don't know if just a coincidence but appreciate the winnings. Also won $69 when 1st time deposit and bonus so have to report the good as well.

There first Time User Benefits are a complete Scam, 1,000 Cash back....yea if you bet 20,000. Absolutely predatory practices, cannot believe this is allowed to stand. They hide all this behind 90 pages of non-sense. You are better off burning your money, better way of using it. Go anywhere else.

How can they keep asking for more paperwork? I won large for 3 days in a row and that was over a week ago and still cant find my money. They owe me 140k. They claim they are paying with 2 checks and a wire. Apparently they are having system issues. They have no issues with taking money with this system. Use draftkings or fanduel. Barstool has an issue with their app when withdrawing money that would be a simple fix but they refuse to fix it, because they think if you don’t withdraw the money you’ll gamble it. It’s crazy that a big company like this can operate with this level of incompetence and not go out of business. It’s such a simple issue and I’ve seen countless complaints. I was able to figure it out using a third party browser and jumping through hoops. I’m not sure who regulates them but the odds on the casino are about 75% worse than competitors, judging by my account totals. I tried it for one month, and my deposits were 10X higher than winnings. Most casinos you’ll be up or down by a few hundred, after playing for a decent amount of time - that’s normal. Nothing is fair, especially online casinos, but there has to be some semblance of randomness to retain customers. barstools games feel like punishment. Also, no rewards system or comps whatsoever, period. You get nothing back.

They cheated me out of $1000 in bets on three bets. I bet on a game in a tennis match and they gave me a point in that game. I would of won a $388 bet a $255 bet and a $160 bet. I placed a bet on a game not a point in the game. I pushed on the game Icon not the point Icon Completely committing fraud That stole $800 plus the winnings on the bets. Gaming doesn't regulate them so they can skipp giving customer service and can alter the bets to favor the company.

Withdrawing it’s impossible! They have options of withdrawal but they won’t let you do it
They ask for dozens of documents which has nothing to do with a withdrawal
Customer service is trained to delay your request and that literally refuse to pay back if you win !
My experience it’s absolutely horrible and I definitely don’t recommend this site

Cannot withdraw money through chase - told me mobile not working to use laptop , did that still not working - talked to agent and he suggested I deposit money through PayPal and try that way ! I’m not depositing anymore money ! What kind of scam is this!!???? I want my money !!!!!

I won around $500 one weekend during football season and next thing I know Barstool is limiting how much I can wager on games. Usually only allowing me to wager up to $20. I know corporate greed is bad in this world, but Barstool takes it to a whole new level. Would not recommend.

I won they sent a email talking about a debit card I haven't used for a year and deleted it off all accounts on Barstool Sportsbook.
This happened in November or December 2022 with the same problem when I won last year. This year February 2023 I contacted the iGaming Compliance Representative

Like everyone else said they are the worst. Tried to withdraw money thru online banking, didnt work. Got a check from them that bounced and I got charged $12. After 7 weeks and 15 live chats finally got the money put back into my account. Went to the casino that was 45 minutes away to collect from them only to find out you have to request casino withdraw from barstool and they will send an email 4-6 hours later with a verification code. That was 72 hours ago. Still no email. I will contact the gaming board. Barstool sucks.

Words don’t describe how unlawful this Sportsbook is. They are just like thieves in the night. They will accept your money no problem and when it’s time to payout they won’t do it.

Whatever you do, do NOT NOT NOT give these guys your money. You will never get it back, even if you win. Even if you decide not to wager. They will try to lure you in with a promotion, but don't fall for it. When they wouldn't honor the promotion and when I couldn't get their app to work, I simply requested a withdrawal to get my $2,000 back. They certainly had no problem depositing that money. That took seconds. The first time they canceled my withdrawal with no explanation. After one painful chat exchange, the support person closed the chat and said he had to go help other betting customers. He couldn't be bothered with my problems. During the second painful exchange, I finally found out that they sent an email asking for a picture of my face next to my ID that went to my junk folder. That link, of course, by the time I tried to access it, had expired. I then had to go through another painful exchange to get another new link. I then submitted a picture of my ID next to my face. The second time they canceled my withdrawal, there was again no explanation whatsoever. During the next chat nightmare, the support guy tried to blame my bank, which was nonsense. After many painful minutes of back-and-forth, he informed me that the withdrawal was canceled this time because the ID wasn't legible. When I got upset, he also canceled the chat because I used language that his boss Dave Portnoy uses liberally in interviews. This place is a joke. They operate like the old offshore sportsbooks. We will take your money, but we will make it so unbelievably hard to get it back, you will just get frustrated and give up and continue to wager. I'm reporting them to the gaming commission. They should lose their license.

WORST SPORTS BOOK EVER. They accepted my $1000 deposit and immediatly locked my account for verification. You can chat with a live person on the site IF YOU CAN GET LOGGED IN. But since i can not get logged in this does not help. Even with the live chat feature all they will tell you to do is contact them by email. The only thing that does it get you sent back a form letter which is no help at all. So bottom line online chat is only helpful if you have betting questions. Email support is ZERO. Yes please sirs please send me another form letter to my email box, im hungry maybe i can eat your form letters. Or you could give me back my $1000

Horrendous. Agree with the other people about creds to get anywhere with them, and their "promotions" like "risk free 24 hours" involve a 25x playthrough - I've had better deals in the spam folder of my email for casinos.

Didn’t realize Portnoy hired TSA to run Barstool Sportsbook. Don’t bother, you have to submit a selfie + picture of ID every time you log in. Also need a utility bill receipt to confirm your address when signing up since, you know, a government issued ID doesn’t do that. use Fanduel or Draftkings Sportsbook instead and hammer Birds ML
