Above and beyond
Above and beyond! This is the first time I have ordered this whiskey from Ireland and although I live in England it was delivered quickly. The bottle I ordered as a gift does not come in a tube or box but to ensure its safe delivery to me, for transit it had been placed inside a tube from a different bottle of whiskey. On top of that, I even received a phone call from Barr an Uisce in Ireland to check I had received it safely and if I was happy with their service. I definitely am happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

I have done this review already and i do want the comoany to know how displeased i am with the poor packaging. It is for a present after Xmas but i will have to take it out of the box which was sent without a lid, stuffed with bubblle wrap and all stuck down with sellotape.

To protect the bottle from damage during transportation, we packed it in a shipping tube, which is not part of the product and must be disposed of together with the packaging. We will consider your remark and will henceforth ship this product without the shipping tube so as not to mislead our customers.
