Good communication but delay in deposit repayment
Overall experience with Barqo has been good, however I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded 9 days after the boat trip where it was indicated that it will be repaid within 48 hours. This is unacceptable and may make me reconsider using this service again.

Very nice boat and skipper! Large boat that was well stocked. Safe driving and very pleasant skipper. We were able to bring our drinks to their office to keep them cold and they brought them on the boat.

The lack of any requirements for a…
The lack of any requirements for a clean and serviceable boat invites owners to rent out boats that have leaking windows due to dried out sealants, broken windmeter, light bulbs that have burnt out simply not replaced. The last renters spaghetti and rice still clogged the faucet, no vacuuming had been done, and the past winters leaves in the cockpit. Barqo als does not follow up on previous feedback. Never again.
