Took my money and disappeared
After quite a bit of research, and asking other people for their experience with barplan.com I decided to pay the fee for access to bar plans, hoping that one of them would be suitable for my purpose.
After paying the $25 I discovered that I needed help with customization and supplies. I wrote a support ticket, I wrote several emails, I wrote messages on Facebook, Reddit and Twitter.
After 3 months I still have not been able to reach them nor have I received any reply.
So, I've downloaded everything in the event that they disappear. No idea what's going on if they are still active, or even alive.
After sending money, you are ON YOUR OWN.

We provide website support, but for obvious reasons, we can't walk each individual through the the construction process, and particularly customization. We proved the info, and the resizing tools for basic customization of the plans, but you are correct, after that you are on your own. BTW - we never saw a support ticket from you, and we don't monitor mutilple third party websites to look for questions from members. See https://www.barplan.com/support/ for help.
