Stay far away from B&N Press

I created and ordered a book. The interface was frustrating to use to say the least. That said, after several days I managed to get it submitted successfully. I then ordered a copy. Yay! It arrived a month later. I open it and there are two pictures of two young girls and about 30 pages of their friendship and private letters and other things related to them. Then on page 31 my book starts. I then tried to contact customer care. What a nightmare that has been. Long story short, never got resolved and I'm mush grayer and balder for no reason. I hope to go to my credit card comany and try to get a refund that way. I hope the girls didn't get someone else's book.

Barnes & Noble Press has been by far…

Barnes & Noble Press has been by far the easiest and most reliable retailer to publish my books with. I have tried so many others and many have been a whole headache. I ike their easy to use platform, it's clear. The books appear live on their site 1-5 days (eBook vs print). Once you have many books with them, it's faster, by the way.
Their customer service is responsive. They even have live chat agents, automated at 1st but you can escalate to an actual person.
I just wish they had the traffic that Amazon has. With that said, I will drive my own. Still like their customer service much more than Amazon KDP.
