Terrible company with a phone number…
Terrible company with a phone number that NEVER gets answered at ANY time!
We regularly buy on auctions and sadly some auction houses we use sell through Barnebys/Skeleton which are awful!
Barnebys never answers its phone which is a phantom 0854 number in Stockholm. So much for the 'Contact us' option which is nothing more than online window dressing!
The software that Barnebys supplies via its company Skeleton is awful and an auction house that we buy from regularly in Sweden is always having problems with it.
Fake pricing, phantom bidding, items sold going 'unsold' and more make the whole buying experience a nightmare.
We've never seen software for an auction as bad as Skeleton and that's probably why they don't ever want to answer their telephone!
Barnebys/Skeleton you are the worst and if anyone is contemplating on using them after reading this review you've only got yourself to blame!
