Welcoming and Friendly Traditional Pub
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here today. Tim and Shannon are a sweet and very welcoming couple. They have a special doggie menu to welcome your furry family member too!
The beer garden is clean and tidy, and a very pleasant place to while away the afternoon with a cold cider or two. Ample car parking also.
Where most pubs seem to be leaning more towards serving teaspoon sized portions of vegetables in tiny ramekins to make it look like more, it's great to finally find somewhere that serves traditional pub grub the way it should be done. Fish and chips with a generous serving of peas! Perfect sized portions, I didnt leave still feeling hungry. Well done guys, you've got a good thing going. We'll be back :)
