Disapointing Garment, buying experience and delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the way the seller handles additional fees. The advertised price is only part of the story, with high additional costs for import duties, customs, and delivery that are not clearly explained upfront.
The seller’s website does not mention potential fees charged by the delivery company the seller selects, leaving the customer without a clear understanding of the final cost before placing an order. These are not minor additional expenses; they can increase the item's price by up to 150 euros.

Even more concerning is the seller’s casual mention of the financial consequences of returning an item. Delivery costs, customs charges, and restocking fees can consume nearly the entire amount paid for the jacket, leaving the customer with very little of a refund. In other words, if you are unhappy with your purchase or the item does not meet your expectations, you could lose most of your money.

This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. All high costs and the potential financial consequences of a return should be communicated clearly and prominently before the purchase, not hidden behind vague wording or presented as an afterthought.

I strongly recommend that potential buyers carefully read the terms and calculate the total cost, including any potential return costs, before ordering. The advertised price can be seriously misleading, and the financial risk falls almost entirely on the customer.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Transparency should be the bare minimum when selling online, and customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for and what they stand to lose if they need to return an item.
