Love the customization for my pup and the quality of each item!

My daughter lives far away from me right now. So it’s nice that I was able to get the bark box for her dog. We FaceTime each month when they receive it and enjoy that time together. Her dog gets so excited when the package arrives and enjoys all the toys and treats. It helps me feel more connected while we are apart.

The toys are always fun and creative . The creators took into consideration that dogs love of squeaky toys and made them extra safe for the dogs. I always recommend bark box to pet parents when I meet them.

I responded to a survey and made a suggestion about one item in my box that wasn’t working for me. I got a personal response within a couple of days telling me that they were replacing that item and adjusting my box moving forward. Outstanding customer service!!!

Excellent selection of toys and treats. My pups absolutely loved getting their box each and every time. Toys were very sustainable and now I have an excessive number of toys in my house because they have not destroyed them all

My dog is a super chewer and adjustments were made so she receives the toughest toys. It has made a big difference. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. I was going to end my subscription after 6 months, but now I will be keeping it. The toys are great and the add ons each month are a fun way to engage my puppy more.

I have never done business with a company with the outstanding customer service that Bark has. I was in customer service for 30+ years and would have given anything to have my people as good as yours. I have spoken to or had conversations with several of your employees and i could not say anything negative about a one.

Charlie and Toby love Bark Box! It took a few times to figure out what they couldn’t destroy in less than a minute! Now everything we receive is tough enough to hold up to aggressive chewers! And, they get so excited when we tell them their Bark Box has arrived!!!
