I purchased a size 'Large' Manchester United Away jersey 21/22 recently, believing I would get an official Adidas replica shirt or the same as the one pictured on their website. I didn't get either. What I got was a poor imitation of the Adidas replica jersey and, by their own definition on their website, a ‘C’ class jersey. An official Adidas replica for this shirt has a woven Man Utd crest and sewn-on stripes - the one I received has an iron-on crest and stripes. The shirt on their website has a red logo on a white background and clear Adidas size markings on the (white) collar area. The shirt I got has neither of these. But worst of all, it was two sizes too small. A general standard for all the branded jerseys for 'Large' is around 54cm across the chest - armpit to armpit (I have five of them). The shirt I received was 48cm across the chest, roughly the equivalent of a size 'Small' in any branded jersey - and thus too small for me. A request for a refund to 'Sales' on their website brought an automatic response that they'd get back to me in 48 hours - five days later, I’ve heard nothing. But where would I return the shirt to anyway? A simple Google Maps search of their London address (20-22 Wenlock Rd, London) does not take you to a shop or warehouse but to a virtual office space. So, all in all, a very disappointing (and quite expensive) purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a shirt nearly 2 months ago, and never received it.

The ordeal was already off to a bad start when I heard nothing for a month after placing my order, no order update or tracking. Weeks went by so eventually enquires and was finally sent tracking info, only to discover the parcel was being ‘returned to sender’ for some unknown reason. I was told by the companies customer service the item had an attempted delivery, only to discover and get a confirmation from Royal Mail saying this was infact a lie and the item never had it past Heathrow airport customs. With this, I obviously requested a refund. A refund was agreed, it has now been 3 weeks and I have had no refund, and the customer service operators have gone quiet.

I never give reviews but I have never experienced such horrendous service. I want to warn others of my experience and have them avoid this place.

I would honestly give this experience 0 stars if I could, and have in-fact actually reported the company to be investigated. Avoid avoid avoid.

I initially wrote this review on june 27th, but I got an almost immediate response that bargain was still processing the issue so I deleted the review and waited for the better. Now it's aug 15th and the status is unchanged.

21 days after placing the order I contacted the helpdesk mailbox to request an update of the status. I received a track and trace label which showed that the parcel was delivered, I contacted the local delivery service and they confirmed that the parcel was indeed delivered but not at my home because apparently there has been another address on the label. There is no link between the label and my postal zip code. I reported this back to bargain and after replying that they will update me it's silent for 7 weeks now.
Even if the failure is on the delivery site, apparently there's no such thing as customer service here.
Alas.
Think twice before you order here.

I ordered a shirt for my sons birthday in April and I've still not received it and not getting any response from the sales dept apart from they will contact me within 48hrs and then nothing. I wouldn't have even given this company 1 start on trust pilot. NOT A GOOD COMPANY STAY AWAY

Ordered a shirt as a birthday present. I realised that their delivery stated up to 21 days so took this into account. On day 20 I asked for a tracking number, which was duly sent, the shirt was sitting in China?? When I emailed them to ask them to clarify this and to discuss a refund they then started to ignore the emails. Only responded once this review was left. Refused to refund as shirt was personalised, abdicated responsibility by blaming the post. Rude and arrogant. Very poor service, very poor customer service..... BUYER BEWARE! I highly recommend you buy elsewhere!
