I am very satisfied with the service I received. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, prompt, and efficient. It took a few days for the security deposit to be returned, but that was likely due to a delay on my bank's end.
I recommend Bargain.

Good price. Car not so Good
Good price. Good location. Pick up was great.
No working headlights when we were 7 hours away from the depot was a major issue. Not something you would expect though. RACQ could not fix it. No follow up from the hire car company to see if we were ok. Luckily we could fix it.
On return they just refunded the cost. Still no contact or apology. No compensation for the problem. 3 hour delay and had to drive on without them. So stressful.
