Good car - good price - easy drop off - a bit slow for collection - shuttle good both ways.

Price of hire, vehicle that I required and accessibility to access when arriving at the airport terminal.

The shuttle bus from airport to company quick easy efficient will be going through them again for sure

The service from all staff was top notch, who led us through the process even though they were busy thru to the lady who received the vehicle and listened to my briefing of the car.

It was quick and easy, the online check in is amazing. the transfer from and to the airport it was good too. The staff is super friendly!!! A very great experience and I will use it again.

It was a simple process to collect and return the vehicle.
Reception staff at check in and drop off very courteous and welcoming.
Whilst it had no real impact to our over all experience and I would not want to detract from that it would be good for the bus drivers to take some lessons from the rest of the team and learn how to be welcoming

Appalling disregard and contempt towards us at Sydney airport.
There are no clear instructions as to the new pick up area at Sydney airport.
Staff will not answer the their phone when called for the pickup after arrival.
No confirmation text message is sent after your call despite getting specifically told in the voicemail message that a text will be received after ending the call.
After lugging heavy bags all around Sydney airport you get to the pick up point only to be challenged by the driver that you never called Bargain to ask to be picked up.
Despite lodging a complaint directly with the company, no official response was provided after 2 weeks.
This company does not deserve your business.

Unbelievable audacity and insightlessness from this company. Despite not taking any action to remedy their appalling services, ongoing emails are continually sent inviting us to write a glowing review.
No offer and no intention to compensate us for being loyal customers.

The toll charge are ridiculous. $5 admin fee per toll is crazy when from the airport to the blue mountains could be 3 different tolls. The MG car is garbage too. I know it was budget but I will avoid that car at all costs in future

Below average car rental experience.
Booked Kia Stonic "or similar" and was given an MG ZS which I don't feel is "similar".
The car was not very clean, dirt and debris was visible as soon as boot was opened and there was an odour (mix of damp and sweat).
The MG was not great to drive, being a European car it takes some getting used to having indicators on the opposite side to most standard vehicles.
I also could not connect my phone to the car. Apple car play seemed to be present but not Android auto. Not even Bluetooth would work. This was super inconvenient as there was no GPS without phone connection.
I would not be in a hurry to book here again.
