Have already done one review but will do it again in case it didn’t get through. Everything was ok. Only problem was I didn’t get the size car I originally booked due to a late return. Not a problem, we managed ok. Did get a call from a staff member later in the day 31st Aug enquiring about when I was returning the car. The car was obviously returned on time and keys returned to a Bargain staff member. Somehow the return was not recorded at Bargain correctly. Didn’t hear again from Bargain apart from my previous review so assume the car was found in the Bargain parking area. Apart from this mixup all good. Will continue to use Bargain!!!!!

Staff were very helpful at Sunshine Coast Airport pickup. Communicated quote well, maybe could give a more in depth explanation of vehicle we are hiring. Cost was very competitive and car was very up to date.

You gave us a smaller car - Kia Stonic - than what was advertised and paid for - Kia Seltos. Otherwise good but not impressed with the switch.

Friendly staff, good price and nice car

I was given a price for a compact SUV, when I arrived at the airport I was advised that I needed to take out additional insurance costing me $45 per day, this ended up being an additional $600 on top of the already agreed price. I explained that I had travel insurance and was told that under Bargain Car Rentals policy, this wouldn't cover me. I have never encountered this before as other companies have always advised that if I have insurance that will be acceptable. My car didn't end up being a bargain at all and ended up costing me hundreds more than most others, so I will never use them again!!

Please be warned to do your due diligence and don't make the expensive mistake that I did! This company is absolutely no bargain as stated in their name. Possibly a better name would be Rip Off car rentals!!!

The staff were very nice and knowledgable. The MG car was possibly the worst car that I have hired from an aiorport based car rental in recent years. It had over 75000 km on the clock. It was not well cleaned. It would occasionally take off faster than expected without the driver touching the accelerator - by just taking the foot off the break. Disturbing and random! Both drivers had a bad experience with this.MGs seem, an inferior vehicle to competitors.

It was totally hassle free, did it on line and it was virtually pick up the keys and go.
Upon return we were greeted by an attendant in the parking area and took the keys, fantastic customer service.

We will continue this great company

Good little car, economical. Easy to pick up and drop off. MG was ideal for two people. Excellent price when booked months ahead.
