Bargain booze in stoke on trent (abbey Hulton ) the two women who work there are so Rude and miserable it's all ermm yea no what you say say again.never say hi thank you I dread going there because their attitude is appalling

Went to bargain booze atherton, greater Manchester. I normally check dates but not this time. The date was out of date by one day and there was no taste at all.
The guy at the till saw me looking at the date on the cans, which I never did I looked, but was kind of in a rush so I just thought should be ok.He obviously didn’t like me looking.He either knew they was out of date by watching me or he just looked anyways.

Good stock, good prices, very convenient. GREAT STAFF.
I could go to the nearest supermarket which about a mile further, walk a quarter mile from carpark, walk another quarter mile round the store, queue up for 10 minutes, then walk back to the car, drive home and find I've saved 50p on a bottle of wine!

Went into Greasley Road BB in Stoke on Trent for the last time today, manners seem to be strange to them. Depending which time of the day you go in depends if the staff on duty know the basics like "Hi", "Please" and after the sale "Thank you". Feels really creepy when you go in or leave. Not going back again cant stand rude staff.

I have shopped in this branch for years, buying the same things all the time, regularly as clock work. My partner went in for a packet of lambert & Butler SILVER. He got home and opened them, with out realizing they were Lambert & Butler green.
I am absolutely discussed as cigarettes are not cheap and because they are open they can not be swopped even thou it was not are fault. This is not the first time I have not been happy with the service in this shop this year since the change in management.
The new manager Gill was the one who served my partner.

Just moved to Warrington today and nipped to the Chester road BB shop for a bottle to destress from today's events. Two lovely ladies, (sorry I forgot your names) greeted us and made us feel very welcome after a long day. Two free glasses with the jam shed was an extra bonus. Keep up the great customer service.

Scam scam scam try sell you litre bottles (Jack Daniels) but then sell you 70l bottles and pay 34 pound even though that’s the price for a litre and that’s happened 3 times now and then give me abuse becuase I told the truth about them scamming people p.s got proof if you want it

I visited the Bispham Road, Southport, branch on Friday 15th May. Given these difficult times, there were impatient people queuing outside. I would like Debbie to be recognised for her positive attitude and organisational skills as she allowed me to shop safely. Regardless of the poor attitude of others she gave me time and advice for me to make my purchase. I spent more than I would normally purely down to the time Debbie gave me. I will definitely return, she deserves a bonus🙏🏼

Do not shop with this company unless you get an itemised receipt as they will add small amounts to your bill. As they have done this to me a few times in the last few years i just stopped going as complaining to this company gets you nowhere, they just say they will look into it and close the complaint down. Personally i think this is a serious complaint as i caught her red handed, took photo's and video and still be fobbed off by head office but i won't give up this time as i am at home due to Covid19 earning two thirds less than i normally do. I just can't believe that i have been robbed in broad daylight and nobody cares. If i could report to police i would but can i? I will contact them and double check.

I called in to the 'Bargain booze' shop near me last week. I purchased 4 cans of Carlsberg, 500ml cans at a cost of £4.50.
One week later, Easter weekend, I went to the shop and decided to purchase 8 cans. Stupidly I thought the cost would be £9.00. How wrong was I? Unbelievably I was charged £11.00. Now either my maths teacher at school was incompetant at their job or Bargain Booze are just ripping me off. I will not be using this shop again and I will be reporting it to Consumer Rights.

Ive been using this store for a while with no issue. Gloss over the fact that it never opens on time and the Hermes machine breaks allot. Other than that, it's an ok shop until today. Had a rude women serve me, huffing all the way. Insisted on using the hermes machine for me and didnt listen to what I wanted at all. Just proceeded on huffing. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favour and leave.

Fab deal at Bargain Booze tonight 18 cans of Carling for £9.99. Now that's what I call a bargain!

Theres no bargains in here for instance PG Tips which in every shop I've been they are marked up at £1.35 but they sell them for a pound Bargain Booze however have them up for £1.65 outrageous same as a two litre bottle of semi skinned milk £1.85 again how is this a bargain and to top it off a first class postage stamp 80p,,,, 67p everywhere else maybe if more people complained they wouldnt get away with this blatant robbery. These are criminals no other description for what they are doing
