nice jeans, bought for my gf she likes them too. shipping was okay, took around 6 days. idrk why people are saying they took long mine didn’t take that long. Customer service was pretty good too changed my size fast ngl

Ordered several pairs of jeans on December 1 of last year in hopes they would arrive before Christmas. They didn't arrive until February after numerous delays. When one shipment finally arrived only one of the two ordered pairs was in it. But it still showed as both being delivered on the same order #. The company is fairly quick to respond to emails, but I'm still waiting on someone to actually resolve something. This is shame because my son really likes the jeans that have actually arrived. But I can't recommend buying from this company as shipping and CS are far too unreliable.

EXCESSIVE ship times (this is not custom built items, it is clothing), customer contact discouraged. Go order from a known supplier or better yet go old school and find a bricks and mortar seller!!

I ordered multiple pairs of pants from Bareline on the 24th, and after waiting a month and a half, only one pair showed up. There was no clear explanation, no proper update, and no effort to make it right.

Customer service was terrible—slow responses, unhelpful replies, and overall felt like they didn’t care once they had my money. For the price and the wait time, this experience was completely unacceptable.

if yall are questioning why it’s taking so long js email them and theyll tell you and youll get em that’s what u did and btw the jeans that i got are super nice and they fit perfectly so i would recommend also please follow me i need some🥹✌️ “ wtfmarq1”

As previous customers. Ordered and never got the delivery. No refund given. Be careful! Hope no one else will be fooled by this company!

I ordered two pair of jeans on Dec 19th. Today is Jan 11th and I haven’t heard a thing and no jeans. That is a very unreasonable amount of time for shipping. I emailed for a refund. We will see they will refund me. It’s ridiculous to wait over a month for a product.

They emailed me saying it would take less then two weeks and then blocked me and never sent my jeans, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Order took a little longer than expected really nice denim I got the selvedge and I have no clue how they made denim this well at the price point. My favorite pair, good customer service but my second pair is going to ship in around 3 weeks which sucks but def worth the wait.

pants were never shipped. when i asked about them they said that they had tried to contact me many times but no messages were ever sent by them. also highly likely that everything they sell is dropshipped if you even get anything. i do not reccomend buying

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans yesterday and I asked how long it would take to ship and they responded in under 1 hour😜

I haven't even got my jeans yet, but this brand has exceptional customer service. I order 30s a week ago and emailed that I wanted to switch to 32s and they changed it within minutes. Luckily I can still get the jeans I want in the right size before Christmas.
