It’s hard to even give a review when you’re this frustrated with this below one star out fit, yes the barefoot which should be called a foot up your $);)$. Broken spa from the beginning after spending $100’s still not working. Go to your local spa and buy there. Can’t get a hold of anyone, return calls after several days and I can go on. DON’T BUY!!!!

I ordered two medium replacement head…
I ordered two medium replacement head rests with two prongs. One fit perfectly. The other did not fit as the prongs don't match up and we didn't want to force it on and end up snapping the prongs off.
I emailed them and they responded quickly asking for several pictures. They said it appears to be out of alignment and their solution is to bend the head rest or squish it together to make it fit on the prongs. I haven't tried that yet because I am worried it will snap off the prongs.

NO Emergency Customer Service
NO Emergency Customer Service. Our Control panel stopped working Thanksgiving Friday. They were closed for the holiday and weekend. They are only open 9-5. I finally got ahold of someone on Monday morning. It's costing me $150 to have a tech come out to fix the problem, in about 7-10 days. My hot tube could freeze by then. Regretting every purchasing this from Barefoot spas. When they delivered the hot tub, they ripped the cover and tried to hide it. Thank God I have a Ring Camera and caught the whole thing.

I bought a swim spa exactly a year ago and now it’s not working and they won’t come fix it because it is out of warranty. I spent a fortune on this swim spa now I’m thinking it was all a big scam !!!
