Broken container - no replacement

I've had a subscription for the polishing pads and was happy with the product. However I received a container that was unable to be opened. I tried using a knife, and asked 2 other people to try to get it open. The lid would not come off! I didn't "open" it right away because I hadn't gone through the previous container yet. So, by the time I was ready for the new container it was past the 30 day policy. I emailed BF and sent a photo as requested of the unopened container, but they would not replace the problem container or refund the money. It was upsetting as the pads cost around $60. I canceled my subscription because of this unresolved situation.

Simple Effective Skincare

I think people come to this website for REAL reviews. I'm here to give you one, this company and their products are exceptional! The owner takes time to explain each product thoroughly on her IG stories and is very transparent about what you need and don't need in a skincare regimen. You would think as the owner of the company she would push more products for more sales, but she doesn't do that. She wants her customers to be educated and have a simple effective skincare routine. Could skincare users ask for more?

Now let's discuss the Barefaced products, namely the liquid gold Vitamin C serum. Don't let the price tag scare you away. Barefaced products are priced generously when you know what you're paying for. I used a $30 vitamin C serum for years, and it made zero difference in my skin. Looking at the ingredients between Barefaced and other serums is no contest, Barefaced is better. After further investigation there was no active Vitamin C in the Vitamin C serum I was purchasing religiously for years, so what was I buying? A bottle of water? If you look at other companies in Barefaced's category with the same Vitamin C content liquid Gold has, the competitors are priced higher! Barefaced is offering us products that actually work for a lower price tag. It took two months of using Barefaced products to notice a real and distinct change in my skins brightness, smoothness, and appearance of fine lines. I also love their toning pads, retinal, and spf!
This company promotes less but better, they deliver on product and price in my opinion and deserve your business!
