Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience – a classic dropshipping letdown
I wish I had looked deeper into this company before buying. Based on their slick, snappy advertising, I expected a quality, form-fitting tee similar to True Classic—with a snug fit around the arms and torso to give a well-rounded look.
Instead, what arrived was a massive letdown on every front:
Misleading Origin: While they claim to be based in Auckland, New Zealand, my package shipped directly out of China.
Incorrect Order: The shirts arrived in a completely different color than what I ordered.
Abysmal Quality: In reality, these are ultra-cheap Chinese t-shirts that are noticeably lower quality than what you would get on Temu.
Non-Existent Customer Service: I’ve reached out via email regarding these issues, but they are completely ghosting me and won't respond.
Don't waste your money. If you want cheap, just shop on Temu directly; if you actually want quality apparel, look elsewhere. Poor quality, misleading marketing, and terrible service.
